Finally convinced, he agreed to return it to his supplier for the correct item. Patiently waited months for it. Tried contacting him in every possible way and was completely ignored. Finally reaching him on his cell phone, I was unexpectedly told that he was unable to obtain the item for me. Strangely, other shops had informed me that it would be no problem for them to get what I wanted. Liebelt did promise to return my deposit in full. Promises were made to me over the next 5 months, with no funds being received. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As a result of refusing to respond to this organization, AK's Trading Post received an "F" rating on the BBB Website. As a last resort, I contacted the Town of Oconomowoc Police. Within a month of doing so, I finally received a check for the full amount due. My ordeal with this business went on for over a year and a half. Due to this individual's business practices, I can not recommend Andy Liebelt or AK's Trading Post to anyone.

Peg board was empty of any kind of connectors. I can buy a 7 pin to 4 pin connector at Menards or Walmart. Why are all pegboards empty of products?

I informed Kilo of the development and my initial review here. That was the first I've heard back from Dan regarding this purchase. He said he'd work on it but it's too late. I informed KRISS of all of this and they have worked very hard to make things right. Can't say enough good things about how well they've treated me. Very classy company that unfortunately has a shitty dealer selling their brand. I'll never do business with Kilo ever again. I'd warn everyone else who's considering saving a couple hundred bucks by buying through them. Don't do it! Dan is great to talk to but he's got a cash flow problem. Your money is paying his rent, utilities, bulk purchases, whatever. He's not buying your firearm with your money. In short. Kilo is a fraud. KRISS is upstanding. Don't buy with Kilo.

The salesman put me on hold for 20-30 minutes. I didn't have that much time to waste, so I hung up. When I called back a few hours later, I was told that they couldn't process any sales because their system was down. I gave them my information and they said they'd give me a call when it was back up. Two days later, I still hadn't heard from them so I sent another email. I never got a response, and still haven't gotten a call back (this all happened 2 weeks ago). If you want to do business with these people, get ready for the run around...or just shop elsewhere.
