Emailed back and forth countless times and was informed the product was in stock and not backordered. A month or so after that their story changed and 'the barrel is on backorder, but we expect it by the end of the week'. I then asked for a refund and their end went silent for quite some time. They then promised me a refund (that never came). Had to go through my bank to dispute the charge. They may be different in person, but I will never order anything through them again, and I will go out of my way to make sure this doesn't happen to anybody else. Buyer be warned.

Credit card company has been contacted and actions are being taken. Will contact the Wisconsin BBB, the Wisconsin Attorney General's office, and the Oconomowoc Chamber of Commerce. Please don't was your money or time with these folks - deal with reputable and trustworthy businesses!

Strangely, other shops had informed me that it would be no problem for them to get what I wanted. Liebelt did promise to return my deposit in full. Promises were made to me over the next 5 months, with no funds being received. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As a result of refusing to respond to this organization, AK's Trading Post received an "F" rating on the BBB Website. As a last resort, I contacted the Town of Oconomowoc Police. Within a month of doing so, I finally received a check for the full amount due. My ordeal with this business went on for over a year and a half. Due to this individual's business practices, I can not recommend Andy Liebelt or AK's Trading Post to anyone.
