Received awesome customer service. I contacted them and selected the parts I needed to replace for my Lil G lights. I was contacted right away by customer service and they were able to answer a few technical questions that I had to address normal maintenance issues with maintaining the lights. They were a very quick to respond and they got my order out the same day I spoke with them on the phone. Truly an example of dedicated, quick professional and awesome service!!!! I have a company that does permanent install. This company is always very responsive and accommodating to my needs. Even when I have a question about something I have very limited knowledge. This company is cool! They have equipment which rivals other manufacturers in the business and they enjoy what they do. Don't believe me, check out their site. Catchy phrases, names for their lights, etc... They keep it fun. I mean who else builds life size Rock Em Sock Em robots at a tradeshow!! (see pic) LOL! By far the WORST service I've ever had. I owned 8 of there lights. 6 of them broke. shows how great there products are... more like they just use garbage. First contacted them to get them fixed for a huge show I had the following weekend. They said no problem we can get the lights fixed and sent back. send them the lights then the guy in charge of support (Bruce) was a major dick about the whole thing cause the guy I originally talked to didn't give me a RMA number. So he threatened to send back my lights since there was nothing he could do. I told him we could make an RMA now ill give you my credit card number and everything.. then he finally sent them into repair. took 4 weeks when they said it'd be done in one week. They told me one of the lights mother board is broken and they wont fix that one. then the other 5 were working perfectly. Got them back 4 weeks later so I had to rent out other lights for the gig since blizzard didnt send back mine. and when I did get them back 4 of them don't work. wow so I just spent $360 to repair them and you send them back still broken? wait wait.. let me get this right.. I just paid to get these fixed and you sent them back broken??? I called today to speak to the owner of the company (Will) to get this problem taken care of. and his response is "theres nothing we can do" REALLY? If your going to sell shitty products at least include a roll of toilet paper. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. There lights are garbage. HORRIBLE customer service. read more
