I lost power to my door bell, my laundry room, and of course I couldn't hang my new light! I called Roman electric, they were going to take five days to get out to my house. One of the light fixtures I bought was broken (unknown to me) and they didn't even tell me until later that they went to get a replacement for me and didn't charge me for it! Admittedly they were unsure if they broke it, but either way it was nice that they took care of it without needing me to go get and pay for the replacement. They even vacuumed after themselves to clean up. Could not recommend more!
