They did a great job installing the fans, and it was wonderful to see a father teaching his son important skills. They cleaned up after themselves, and there was no mess when they left (when does that happen?). His prices were reasonable, he arrived on time, and worked efficiently. I will definitely call 3 Sons if I need more electric work done.

He and his apprentice Matt dug a trench to run new wire and conduit to my garage and left my yard looking nearly like they were never there. They were careful to remove the dirt and grass in blocks that they could put back. Doug also replaced a new light fixture I bought for my garage roof, over-looking the yard for a very reasonable add-on charge. The entire project was about 65% less than the other company I brought in for a quote. Highly recommend Roman Electric, and Doug, especially!

I hired Micheal Monroe, Ethos Electric to help finish installing lights in basement remodel & hook…read moreup all to the electrical panel. He came on schedule & completed what he could in the afternoon. However, he needed to schedule more time to finish and didn't have availability until a week later. Ultimately, I cancelled that appoint & did the final light hook ups myself. Unfortunately, about 2 weeks later one of the rooms he connected the lights for shorted out (one of the connection came loose). When I texted him to ask if he could stop over & fix, he replied "I'm booked into Jan. Call Carini electric". (this was in November) Are you kidding me? No time to come back to fix an error you made? But, instead refer you to someone else to fix? Totally unprofessional. My rating of a 1 star is based on lack of reliability and dependability. So and instead of referring to others and giving a 5 star Yelp review, I am recommending not using Micheal Monroe of Ethos Electric.

This is the second time we've used Best Electric. The first time was when we're selling our house…read moreabout seven years ago and knob-and-tube wiring was found in the attic. They were the place closest to us so we called. They provided us with rush service considering the issue and timing and explained the best way to fix the issue and did so in a very timely fashion. This time, we had issues with our doorbell. Jeff R. came out within the time promised. He was very nice and respectful. We sorted out the issue, it was fixed in an hour, and the charge was the minimum at $165. Overall, two great experiences with Best Electric!

This has just been a mess since the beginning. Best was contracted by the people we used to replace…read morethe siding. He showed up sporadically, and was awkward and unprofessional. The first time was okay, I let him inside (during COVID) even though he was doing outdoor work so he could see the space. He never wore a mask, didn't even have one, and no shoe covers either. The next time I asked him to wear a mask and I had to provide one to him. The next time (yes, this has been almost two months and the project still isn't complete) he showed up to the job with a dead drill? He needed to plug it into my house to charge, and then just sat in his van half an hour letting it juice up. We wanted two over-door lights and two outdoor outlets put in. He would leave siding open on the house showing the insulation and then leave for days at a time, even during rain storms. The last time he came over he slammed so hard that the plaster wall cracked INSIDE the house! We had two switches to be fixed inside, he did one then sat down and said he was too tired for the day and needed to go home. So he just.... left? Still hasn't been fixed. Now it's been three and a half weeks since he "finished" the project and guess what? The switches for the outdoor lights are swapped. One side of the duplex controls the other side's outdoor lights and vice versa. We've been calling this whole time to get him to return and fix the work, but no one has showed up.
