Other rental agencies were very frustrating with terrible communication, delays in returning phone calls or not listening to/answering our questions. Colin at Equipment Rentals was fantastic at listening, providing complete answers to questions, even when I had to call him back several times because the only dance floor option they had remaining available wasn't the ideal solution for us and I wanted to investigate other options. When I finally realized that ER was our best option, particularly because of their customer service, we rented with them. Colin took the time to explain all of the setup and work through logistics with us. Other warehouse personnel were pleasant. Pickup and return was easy and reliable. Rep was decent, machine was decent, but I just don't believe in false advertising. If you advertise a price online you should honor that price. Kind of a scam to get you in the door and then up charge you cuz "they forgot to change the website". Who knows how many items are falsely advertised at the wrong price?

He made it out late In the afternoon and called me and told me me that he was not going to charge me because he thought maybe they could have caught the issue at our yearly check.
