What an answer. I waited another week and the items had not arrived. I called her again and she had the same response. At that point i assumed she didn't want to sell the items and she was never going to send them. Two weeks after that i received the items. They were post marked three days prior. I bought two of bs55 one of the packages has the bolts rusted and the aluminum washers eaten up with corrosion. I called her and she said they will clean up with oil. I told her you could not clean up the washers due to them being aluminum and had been eaten up with the corrosion and the bolts finish would be damage. her response was i can get washers anywhere. I told her i was using them for a restoration and needed to be original. If i wanted to replace them with just any washer or bolt then why did I ordered them from her. With an attitude she said to return them. Know i have to spend money to send them back. WOW . I attached pictures of corroded and non corroded package. This would not be a big issue but her attitude is horrible..

They have models from 50 years ago in the original boxes. Lots of hotrods, aircraft, ships, military and everything in between. They have Lionel and Marx trains and parts, in cabinets, display cases, bins, and boxes, unseen in the markets for generations. They have a good number of completed models from generations ago with a few that I believe are for sale. It's dusty. It's a little damp in the air. You're going to have to do a little digging. This isn't one of the flashy, running after every trend to sell you the latest junk. This is the old school hobbyist's store looking for something from our childhood... The owner is very knowledgeable, honest and seems to be a pretty straight shooter. In my dealings with him, I've always thought he treated me fairly.

More helpful than any hobby store I have ever been to. Their selection is not quite as big as some stores but the value and pricing is good so I will often order items from them if they do not have them in stock. Not to say their selection is not good. In fact, they have a large variety of used HO scale buildings and train cars for sale more than any hobby shop I have been too. I am always appreciative of them and their ability to answer many questions.

I took my 9 year old nephew who is currently in a wheelchair for something fun to do during spring break. The lady at the counter (Sarah) who is also the manager is extremely friendly and helpful she explained how the rental process works and said it would be 30-40 min till it would be ready But we were able to look at the track, While we were there we talked to Matt? i believe who was just as helpful and friendly with everything. We left and came back a short time later to try his luck on the course. He did pretty well, but eventually the 1 R/C car broke, the lady was fine about it and said not to worry, we went back and watched the others race. We came back into the showroom to find the truck fixed and charged she asked if he was ready to go back out. so he did, a little while later the truck broke again but Kyle was quick to help fix the truck and get him back going, he played abit longer till the battery started to die and we called it a day. He had a ton of fun and is wanting a R/C car of his own now! Thanks again for the great day.

I have no problem paying MSRP for a product at a local store, but they were charging ABOVE MSRP! I thought it may have been an error, so I checked a few more games and ALL were above MSRP! I asked the clerk behind the register about it and there was no real explanation given - he simply said he'd call the 'owner' and see why. Of course, there was no answer and no explanation. And, there was no sale! I like supporting local game stores, but charging above MSRP is a non-starter for me. No way I'll ever set foot in their stores again.
