Plus the store is filthy and very unorganized. You're better off going to Amazon.

I went in first thing Mon. morning to purchase a $500 Hank Aaron picture. Offered $400, which is 20%. Told them I had to work all weekend. They declined. Was told I could get 15% online. I declined. Fast forward to Christmas. I was in Festival foods the day before Christmas. The lady in front of me had a $280 grocery bill. Only had $275. Was going to put something back and before I could get a $5 bill from my wallet, The clerk said "We got our customers". I was floored. That's customer service. Christmas day I got 2 $49.99 autographed Marv Fleming helmets from WSC from my son and daughter. I said I would take 1 back for in store credit and get something else. Was declined. While it's store policy. and I understand that, it's poor customer service. was a regular customer at WSC. That will change. Customer service in this country sucks, but not at Festival foods. I also have spent more than I care to tally. It's an amazingly large store that houses more than just comics. Figures, manga, graphic novels, etc. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and for the most part patient with all my questions. I unfortunately enjoy indie print comics that are not a big enough draw to stock. So, I'm a pest lol

Online showed they might have some in stock, so I called first. The gentlemen I spoke with on the phone was really nice and answered my questions, which made me feel confident enough to stop by in person. When I walked in, though, the in-store experience felt a bit different and on the emptier side. The two employees at the front didn't seem very welcoming and gave off a slightly annoyed vibe. When I asked about the Pokémon cards, they seemed confused about what I was referring to until I mentioned I had called earlier and spoken to someone. They checked with their coworker, who clarified which ones he had told me about. I asked to see the packs they had behind the counter, and the interaction still felt a little tense. That said, I was able to grab the two packs, which ended up being the perfect gift for my cousin, so mission accomplished. Overall, they had what I needed, and I appreciate that the phone service was helpful. I'd probably come back if I really needed something specific, and I'm curious to explore more of what they carry. Just hoping for a warmer in-store customer service experience next time.

While there was quite a bit to choose from, the pickings were very slim in some areas and overflowing in others. There were appliances galore here, everything from fancy high-end models of refrigerators with see-through panels to what I would refer to as "landlord specials," those base units that you wouldn't want at your own home, but are totally fine for someone else paying you money every month to use. While there were plenty of employees around, no one interacted with me while I walked through the entire store and I did have to chuckle at the elderly employee having a nap at a table near the front entrance. I'm not likely to stop here again but would suggest others needing a replacement item to give it a look.
