Service and advice here is very personal; they are all hunters or target archers, and they make you feel very welcome, regardless of level of ability.

Everything went smoothly with one of their associates I wish I knew his name. I told him I wanted to sight in one of my handguns and he informed his associate who was coming in to be the range safety officer would help me get set up to do so. The associate who came in with me did absolutely nothing to help me get set up and seemed rather annoyed that I was even there and that I didn't know how to set up my target. He was aware that it was my first time at an indoor range so I had plenty of questions throughout the process regarding proper conduct. Every time I asked him a question he would roll his eyes and act annoyed that I asked. It was a slow day. Only 3 people total at the range while I was there. It seemed he would rather play with his guns than help a new shooter. His conduct completely turned me off to coming back and I will be looking for a different range to go to from now on. If you are a new shooter I would not recommend this place based off my experience. I would be giving them one star if it wasn't for the other associate who was informative and helped me pick the best targets and answer some of my questions prior to being in the range.

This place is spotless at all times, at even peak hours. And the indoor lighting is PERFECT compared to some of overbearing fluorescent operating-room ranges I'm used to. Their staff are friendly, approachable and they have set ups (as well as educational programs) for all levels of experience/exposure. They appear to promote an all around safe and pleasant experience and I get the feeling they're being run by some really great people that care about 2A -- as well there community members in O.F.

The owner's response was both unapologetic, courteous and inviting! This was the experience of myself and my brother on 9/1/24. First, as a nonmember you need a card to access the course (not explained to me). The card machine was not working so I told them that I would shoot first and then pick up the card. Myself not being experience with this clubs procedures I did know and WAS NOT TOLD, that without the card I couldn't shoot. So I went all the way out to start shooting and had to come back in to get my card so I could actually shoot. Unfortunately the card machine took another 10 minutes to start working. Second, they give you no instructions on how to use their controls. We did figure them mostly out but on the first station one of the workers had forgotten to switch on one of the machines, so we had wasted 10 of our allotted "birds" trying to figure this out. You are given a waste of 5 birds per person for machine malfunction , broken birds, etc. So with 2 people shooting. we had already used up our allotment. We had many other broken birds in the course, so by the last station we were not allowed to shoot anymore to finish. The controls also did not work as they were intended to all the time, but would still charge you for the bird each time. By this time we were so beyond dealing with such a poorly run facility that instead of having this remedied we walked out and NEVER plan on coming back! Also, their staff needs much better training!
