My pair of old riding boots had been soaked in the rain on the ride up and were now starting to split at the soles. I found this place via Yelp and within 15 minutes we arrived. We were greeted with pleasant smiles as we entered and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a new pair of Ariat boots that fit and wore very comfortably. Besides being waterproof they also have a steel toe. I expect to get many good years out of them. As I stated, the store was well stocked and clean. I was told this store had not been open for very long so if you get a chance, go by and check them out.

All the staff are pleasant and if that's all it took this would be a 5 star. But knowledge and ability, integrity of inventory pricing (displays vs price at check out) are untrustworthy. Training must be part of the problem but Mike the manager blames the systems for inability to deliver. Is it a corporate, regional or West Bend store issue. IDK, but alternatives like Fleet Farm and Cabela's each have their warts but Dunhams is close to home for me thus a tempting headache. You try it out if your in a good mood and full faith, hope, charity and allot of spare time!

Mike stopped by and assured us that our brothers collection would be worthwhile. His team came in, organized and boxed collections before movers came in to move to Mike's auction house. This was helpful as the movers were able to move items swiftly saving us money. Mike then itemized all items, catalogued items and posted pictures as well as advertised the event. Overall the place was organized by category of items and heavily filled with tools from various brands like Milwaukee and Dewalt. In the back room there are larger items for sale such as freezers and large tool cabinets. I was disappointed at the prices they wanted for a chest freezer in rough condition with a banged up exterior...for $20-$30 bucks more of their asking price you could get a new one at local retailer. But according to an employee people buy them for that price and condition when we asked about any room for negotiating cost.

Unlike the old gas station they were using in Belgium, the new location looks like an actual retail store. They have a nice selection of retro games and some current gen games, both with fair pricing. Like the old location, there's a section for novelty items and retro toys/action figures.
