Snow shoes, fishing poles, kayaks, canoes, and tons more (just be aware that you need to take their water safety course to use kayaks and canoes). Their facility also has a rock wall and the center hosts tons of events to teach locals about our environment. From wildlife to gardening, urban ecology center is clearly dedicated to helping local Milwaukee get engaged with our natural environment.

Every piece they have is made of pressed wood, glue, and stickers. Everything is cheap and generally broken before you even buy it. Everything has smashed corners or peeling stickers. The warehouse employees are rude and unprofessional, and they smell like weed. The delivery drivers show up in an Ashley van with no uniforms, don't speak English, smell like weed, and don't know how to drive. One driver took down a power line in my neighborhood with his truck because he wasn't paying attention and was allegedly high. I believe the incident actually made the news. When I complained in person, a strange, flamboyant redhead--I think his name was Chris or Jason--acted very strangely and made me uncomfortable. He claimed to be the general manager, referring to himself as the "big boss," which was a term he used. I eventually got a refund, but my neighborhood lost power for days because of this company. I would never recommend this company or any of its affiliated businesses to anyone, ever. Side note: I got a new bedroom set from TikTok Shop, and it was cheaper and better quality.

Can feel the wood through the cushion. - Recliners squeaked badly when reclining - Frame began to fail with one side deforming out of alignment with the other side. -Lithium grease used to lubricate moving joints leaked onto LVP flooring causing permanent staining. All of these things led to a replacement. Steinhafels told me the replacement was "being offered as a courtesy and would be the only option available given how long the product has already been in the home." The company feels that they are providing a courtesy when replacing a defective product well within the warranty period. A company which feels it is doing you a favor by standing behind a warranty is not one I choose to do business with.

It was very firm to start with, but cushions started breaking down within 5 months. The end I sit on sits crooked. Not good for a person with back problems. Also the fabric is showing signs of wear. We are a retired couple, so it hasn't been abused. When you put the footrest down it clunks. Technician came out and said it needs multiple things. He's ordering the parts. Told me they would be here in 6 months, if I'm lucky. Then he will have to take half of the sectional into the shop to fix it because there's so many problems. What the heck am I supposed to do, sit on the floor. And Steinhafels won't do anything. I told them that I would take a prorated amount just to get something to sit on. They refused. Needless to say, we won't be shopping at Steinhafels ever again.
