Unfortunately the need was urgent for us to have it done. I took it in and there was hesitation on whether it could be done at all and if so, if the brake would fit over the fender. After expressing my urgency and the why behind getting this done, I was told to leave it there and I would get a call by the end of the day. I was expecting the call to tell me whether or not it could be done but when the call came in, it was to tell me the installation was completed. I went to get the bike and discovered that they were indeed able to not only get the hand brake on but did not have to remove the rear fender. Because of their hard work and expedited install, our daughter was able to take the necessary classes to learn how to ride a bike. As of today, "Joelle" (bikes name given by my daughter) is being ridden with no assistance from us other than take off. Thank you to the team out at Expedition Supply. You won over a new customer and I will be bringing in our bikes anytime we need service, to you. The joy and excited of watching our daughter ride her bike independently is priceless and was provided to us in part by your team.

Then bike shows up in box looks to be not opened then while opening notice bike has no oakley grips. ( little did I know VERY EXPENSIVE). Not a big deal went to my local shop picked up a set of cheap grips to get by. Talked to a bunch of employees to try and just have the grips shipped for back up before doing research and finding out there worth like 300$. Called and talked to the owner Mike he told me grips were nothing special and he'll send me a pair that cost around 25$. He knew rite off the bat they were way more and tryed to get one over on me. Talked to another employee a week later when I found out the actual price of the grips he informed me bike parts in the past from SB tend to come up "not in the package". Meaning someone in the store likes to take there pick of certain things (mine came with no grips he told me another came with no pedals). At this point I'm pissed rite. Mike says we can't do nothing until SB sends replacement parts. I contact sb direct they say no problem have the store open a case well send them out. I talk to Mike he snuffs me for like 3 months then says he can't deal with it transfers my issue to a guy name John and he'll reach out. 6 months later 1300$ bike no grips no emails to resolve and a bunch of lies back to back. His own employees talk about he's shady and parts come missing BUYER BEWARE.

I'm writing this review based on both my own and my husband's recent experiences. We've both made…read moreseparate purchases from Cedar Creek Motorsports over the last few years. The showrooms are impressive--stocked with a wide range of all the latest motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, pontoons, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and jet skis, as well as a solid selection of used inventory and riding gear. My husband has purchased several quality helmets, gloves, and accessories from here. Our Vehicle Purchase Experiences: * My Husband: When he was interested in seeing the used motorcycles in their showroom, it took multiple emails and texts before he finally received a response from a salesman. After he was finally able to communicate with a salesman, visit the showroom and decide on a bike, closing the sale was quite the lengthy ordeal. I think from start to end, from the time he walked into the showroom. it was almost 6 hours before he was all done. A little over a year later, he received a promotional email (from the same salesman who sold him the bike) about trading it in. He replied with interest but didn't hear back for weeks, despite following up by text several times. He did have some back and forth talks with the salesman but frustrated, he ended up trading it in at Fuel Motorsports in West Bend, where the process was much smoother and faster (in & out in less than 2 hours). * My Visit: I went in to see a used scooter listed online at a good price by one of the salesmen at Cedar Creek. We were greeted promptly, and after inquiring about the scooter, shown to the pre-owned showroom where it was. However, when discussing the price, the in-store price was around $500 higher than what was listed online. After I showed the ad I saw on my phone to the gentleman, he said something along the lines of "well, I don't know why he'd list it cheaper", which gave me the impression that maybe the online listing was done in error or it wasn't communicated correctly within the sales team. They honored the lower price, which I'm thankful for, though after that interaction, the vibe kind of shifted downward a bit and I felt awkward the rest of my time there. Despite paying in full (no financing or trade-in), the purchase process dragged on for close to two hours, with our salesman gone more than he was present. I understand certain aspects of the transactions take time (I'm well versed in vehicle sales) and that the salespeople are busy juggling multiple things at once, but lack of communication and interpersonal skills don't help build a positive and trusting relationship with the customer. Overall: Cedar Creek Motorsports has a great selection and decent pricing, but communication and efficiency can be hit or miss. If you're really patient and do your homework, you can find good deals--but don't expect a seamless experience. I will add: Each time we've ever gone inside Cedar Creek, everyone we've interacted with there was always pleasant and nice. The sales staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and do acknowledge you even if you're not working directly with them.

A few days ago, I received a telephone call from Tina telling me that Harley has started producing Christmas bears. My wife has a collection of 14 of them and my wife was so disappointed when they stopped manufacturing them about 5 years ago. Tina told me that Harley is selling Christmas bears again. I went right over to the dealership and picked one up. Tina explained that the dealership is under new ownership. She then introduced me to the general manager, the parts manager and the service manager. All exhibited friendliness, professionalism and an eagerness to provide good customer care. I appreciated and am thankful to Tina for thinking about my wife and her collection of these bears. It is rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with genuine enthusiasm and customer care like Tina, who goes above and beyond.
