Jerod just left my in-laws house today and this is the 2nd time I have used him to install some grab bars. He also helped install a more ADU type shower head on short notice which I am grateful for. OMG. I am one happy and satisfied customer. All the reviews on Yelp are true, Titan Grab Bars is awesome!!!! I called Jared and he answered right away. I told him I needed grab bars in my parent's home as they are elderly and I need peace of mind. I said I don't know what to do but all I know is I need those l bars installed. Jared was so helpful on the phone and explained everything to me step by step and he said he could come out to my parent's home in cerritos. Outstanding experience. I've put off installing a few grab bars in strategic bathroom locations for quite some time but finally called Titan Grab Bars. This was a great experience. Jerod explained what the company does, how they do it, the installation process and the cost all up front. We set a date and he even called to ask if he could come early that day. Nice surprise. Read all of the positive reviews and accolades for TItan and Jerod prior to calling. Turns out they were all true - and then some. Would give 6 stars if I could. My father was discharged from the hospital and having difficulty maneuvering safely in his own bathroom. I spoke to Jerod late in the afternoon and he showed up early the next morning with everything we needed. He assessed my father's needs and completed a beautiful installation before lunchtime. This review is being done far to late, but I have to say that I was 100% pleased with the work Titan completed in our home over a year ago. As we're aging, it seemed a good idea to install grab bars in our home. I didn't wish to shop store to store for bars, but I'm particular about what I want in my home. Titan had an excellent selection of finishes and sizes and installed several in our three bathrooms, customized to our heights and needs. Each shower now has two or three well placed bars and we had all towel bars exchanged for grab bars as well. We called Jerod in 2012 to install grab bars in a couple of our bathrooms & he turned out to be a good choice. In addition to the grab bars, he changed out some bathroom fixtures including a shower head, tub spout & overflow drain, etc. While he was here we asked if he would do some additional jobs (such as removing & replacing a toilet paper holder) which he willingly did for us. A 5-inch section of linoleum had come loose at the point where it meets the shower enclosure (it had been that way for years) & he was able to "glue" it down & caulk it - it is still lying perfectly flat in 2015. So, 3 years later when we decided to have some additional grab bars installed, we did not hesitate to call Jerod. Just as we remembered, he was on time, helpful, friendly, neat - in other words, exactly what you hope every person who works in your home would be. read more
