They installed eight recessed lights quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. What impressed me most was their dedication. They stayed after normal business hours to get the work done when they easily could have gone home to their families. That level of commitment to customer service is hard to find these days. When the installation was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything spotless. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, courteous, and genuinely cared about doing quality work. If you're looking for honest, dependable electricians who stand behind their work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Volt Tech. I'll definitely be using them again for future projects.

Requested to get a quote to install a 240 outlet for my EV charger…read more Scheduling was very easy. Left a message over the holidays and they got back to me the next business day to schedule a visit. During the visit Robert was able to see what was described to him over the phone, checked my fuse box, confirmed that the work is possible and provided a quote that is satisfactory. I asked if he can perform the work then and there which he is able to accommodate the request. About an hour later the work is completed and he showed me what was done and provided me information such as what switch he connected to. No drywall repair or paint was needed. Would hire again for anything electrical.

Other companies either told me what I wanted wasn't doable or flaked on the scheduled appointment. I told Jody I needed a Tesla Wall Mounted into the garage. it was a complicated process because of old panels but the work around was to make a sub panel dedicated to the EV Charger. I asked if he can slide me in his busy schedule rather than waiting a week. He asked why I was in a hurry to get it done and I told him "I HATE CHARGING AT SUPER CHARGERS and I'm off on Thursday" .... Needless to say, Jody slid me in his schedule 2 days later instead on Thursday and got the job done in under an hour. I highly recommend Jody .

One of the best choices made this year was hiring Omega Electric Service! Our regular electrician…read morewas not available so we reached out to Omega Electric. We had an issue with inconsistent power voltage coming into our home and a possible a non working breaker in our electrical panel. Oscar came out same day of our call and within an hour was able to pinpoint the issues. We were in fact getting inconsistent & unsafe power voltage coming into our home. Oscar called SCE to report the issue and scheduled for SCE to come out that evening. Oscar not only keep us informed on SCE eta but let us know he would be available to answer any questions SCE up until midnight. Luckily, SCE was able to repair corroded wiring which stabilized the power voltage coming into our home. Oscar came back out next morning with replacement parts for our electrical panel. He tested the power voltage & found power voltage was stable and within range. We initially thought the cost and time Oscar spent would run us several $$$$ but was pleasantly surprised when we received his bill. Very affordable in our opinion. Omega Electric will be our go to electrician moving forward.

We had a few friends over for fourth of July and unfortunately our lil' ole toilet couldn't handle…read moreeverything! we tried to fix it ourselves but ended up deciding on calling a plumber to help. I called All City Plumbing the next morning at like 9am and they were able to schedule me in a time slot from 10am-12pm. Something interesting about this company is they use an AI virtual assistant that sounds like an actual human it's kind of creepy but "she" helped me pretty quickly unlike other virtual assistants. I ended up receiving a call around 9:30 letting me know that unfortunately my time I booked was no longer available and the next time was at 11am-1pm, I of course was willing to accept the time change since we only have the 1 toilet in the house My plumber arrived around 12:50pm (very timely) and was very friendly and assessed the situation ‍ He ended up telling us he needed to grab a tool at Home Depot down the street so he left and came back and finished up his work. Thankfully it was a relatively quick fix with his total time spent with us being 2 hours. We are so happy that he was able to resolve our toilet troubles and give us peace of mind. The price was also very very reasonable, I've never hired a plumber before so I was expecting something crazy but this was affordable Very easy to work with, I highly recommend them!

The plumber removed the toilet and was unable to clear it. Said we may have some sort of main line issue and the new amount would be $1600 - obviously we declined. I expressed my frustration and at-least the price was knocked down to $350. Called GGS plumbing in HB and he came out the next morning and cleared the clog with I kid you not a plunger... He charged me $145. So I don't know if our service guy from All City was incompetent or malicious but I will never use them again. Update - following the review and a phone call the $350 bill was dropped. Obviously they have lost my trust permanently. But thought I should include the final outcome in this review.

Further it had some random company name on there. Called the insurance agent and was told they must have self issued it. I called their insurance carrier and reported them for fraud. They are photoshopping and self issuing insurance certs. They have no workers comp, so if someone gets injured on your property you're on the hook for paying out. Reported them to the DCA. They are either not insured, or under insured, or plan on doing bad work and don't want their insurance on the hook. Whatever the case avoid these guys. Electrical is too important to risk. Update #1: They tried to say the updated insurance they sent is legitimate. Except its not. I ran it thru Claude. Here's the result. It was built using a PDF editing app. So again, not generated by an insurance program as it should be. Simply Business has no record of this cert. Update #2: The owner replied. Please note, that even their contract doesn't have the same address as their supposed insurance certificate. On the contract it shows one address, and the fake insurance a different address. I only realized this after speaking with their agent. Contract address attached. None of his replies address the problems listed. Update #3: Complaints filed. Screenshots attached.
