Do not bother to call them because they are too busy to take any construction projects. They will set up an appointment days ahead of time, confirm your appointment and then cancel on you 20 minuets prior to that appointment. Very unprofessional. read more

These guys are NOT in Riverside. They are a contractor brokerage that takes your info that sends a rep out from whoever they work with to try to get your business. read more

After a few years of living in my house I was not satisfied with how my kitchen looked. Ive heard nothing but great reviews on this company and decided to give them a try. They really listened to how I wanted everything and stayed within my budget. I didn't know exactly how I wanted my kitchen to look but they had great ideas and all within my budget. I will always turn to this company when I need something redone in my house. read more

This past summer I had a lot of time on my hands so I decided to renovate my bathroom. I was always nervous about the process hearing horror stories about companies going way over budget & overextending their stay at your house but I'm here to say Riverside Titans is NOT one of those companies. I had an overall dream experience. Not only did I get the perfect bathroom but I was able to get it for even cheaper than I imagined! The customer service was always perfect, I never had to worry about much because it seemed like they had it all covered for me. Overall I will definitely be using their service again. read more

The most difficult part about building something in your backyard is probably planning ahead for it or obtaining permission for it. Many times, renovations or constructions done on your property still require permits and approval from your local city governments before you begin building. These occur for example when families want to build pools in their backyards but are only allowed to dig a certain amount into the ground. The same rules apply in terms of spatial distributions, meaning whatever you build must remain in your property and not overlap into your neighbors. Fortunately for us this company is well informed about such circumstances and were able to provide a lot of help to us. read more

Finding a company in the service sector that provides solid quality work is a very difficult thing to do, not to mention one that also offers an affordable rate. My parents had contacted a few places and were not receiving any good responses from either of the places they called, it was either too expensive or the workers did not want to take on such a job. Eventually we were planning on giving up and just settling to perform this job next year, in order to have more time finding a good group of workers instead of choosing a random one. Luckily right as we had given up hope we got a call back from these guys who were offering a lower price than all the other places we had called. At first it was really hard to believe but soon as they came over to our house and explained the process to us we hired them on the spot. Totally happy with the service we received. read more

After a lot of careful consideration of many different contractors, my father and I had finally decided to go with who we thought was a great company. We had a large leak and ended up just re-piping the whole house through Titan, which went well when they finally called the plumbers about a week after we discussed the job to be done. After re-piping was finished they began the very very long remodel of our master bath. This has been going on since May 12th, and still is not completed. The workers that came in an out of our house left a constant mess inside and outside, nails in the driveway and on interior walkways. And we are currently in the process of having to rip out the shower tiles and have it COMPLETELY redone. The one worker that is working your project may only be there for one or two hours and may not even show up the next day. Also, there is very shotty work other than the shower. 3 weeks ago we were told we would have a shower door, 4 weeks ago we were told the ENTIRE project would be done. So, 5 weeks after the projected finish date, MANY unanswered phone calls later, and only 2 visits from the project manager, we are fighting tooth and nail just to have our master bath finished and will NOT be using them to finish the main bathroom! read more

Every time we began planning to perform this remodeling job we would get sidetracked and never get across to it. The last few months however I had secretly been doing a lot of research online to surprise my parents and pay to renovate the kitchen. Their anniversary is in a few months and I know just how long my father wanted to build a new kitchen set with a barbeque grill, and also how much our mom loves to cook. All of us decided to pitch in and hire a professional team of workers to be sent over to our house and begin performing the necessary renovations. Totally would hire them again, they did a great job. read more
