The scheduling lady doesn't remember the conversation going that way and was extremely unprofessional over the phone today. I would have been less frustrated if I was told upfront WHEN I ASKED what the costs were instead of being blind sided. Seth and his company worked with me, took time out of their personal schedules to help me and went far above and beyond what a normal company does. What I was impressed with most was their integrity, and it was obvious that they care more about people than they do about the bottom line. I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs drain work. I contacted these guys to clear the drain on an old house I just bought. The technician, Devon, was efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to call his boss when things got a little complicated. I really respected that. Seth, the owner showed up promptly in between the two of them, they figured out what was going on. He was here in a matter of minutes, helped me clear the way to the cleanout as I've been sick all year and it was a mess.
