They got me in and out in 15 minutes, even after answering all my questions. I forgot the name of the person who helped me (pretty sure it started with a "B"), but they were awesome. I'll definitely keep coming back for the ease of service, the great staff, and the regular deals they send out. Solid value all around. Plus you get to stay in your car the entire time!

So then I decided to try valvoline..there's one down the street from me and i pass it alot and always been curious. They looked like a good company and I was right! I'm a uber driver so I need a oil change almost every other month so I need a good place that knows what they are doing and a decent price.. they checked all the boxes.. they are quick , good prices and the staff is always so nice and explains EVERYTHING to you.. from what they offer to what your specific car needs and what they can do there and they never pressure you into anything. They bring something to you attention and leave it at that. They even tell you what you dont really need or need at that time and not try to con you into getting something done just to get your money..they show you things as they are getting done and by the way, you dont leave your car as they work!.. Nathaniel explained everything to me in a way that made perfect sense for what I needed to have done to my vehicle. In fairness, not everything was complete. I still have to have some things on my dashboard reset, however, the team gets a pass due to being short-handed. Being a manager at my place of employment, I understand that things can slip through the cracks when being short staffed.. I have nothing but empathy for Nathaniel and the crew today. The office has wifi, so that's handy to get some work done or just surf the web. My job was quoted at two hours but they felt they could get it done in about an hour. My car was ready in about 75 minutes. I'll take it. I had a simple brake fluid flush. My car was returned clean (no greasy finger prints), the service light was reset and my brakes performed as expected.
