Called at 11am and asked if there was availability for afternoon oil change. Told yes, agreed on 2pm. Dropped off car at 2pm and was told they would call when ready, didn't appear to be busy. I called them at 4:45 because they closed at 5pm that day and hadn't called yet. Two rings then dial tone. I called again, employee picked up this time and said too many customers ahead of me. He asked if I could get my car tomorrow. I said i couldn't and this should have been explained to me when I first called at 11am or at 2pm when I dropped off my car. The crew at Tires Plus turned my breakdown while out of town (and passing through Ocala) into a minor inconvenience instead of a major hassle. I had a brake caliber lock up at 4:30pm. I recently ordered some headlights off of Amazon to replace the ones on my 2012 ram. They installed the ones that I ordered unfortunately those held a lot of moisture and were not up to the standards that I wanted for my truck. I contacted them tires plus that is After I've ordered a set that was top rated from Amazon and they installed them called it warranty, but I still paid them for their install cost because they are worth every penny. I ordered a set of four tires from Tires Plus from their website for my Ford Focus as I got ready sell it. I made a 9:00 am appointment for the next week to get them installed. I was on time for the appointment, staff said it would be 1 - 1 1/2 hours for the install. Fifteen minutes later the guy came in and said the person responsible for the order had not placed it and they would have to go to another tires Plus to get them. I would have left then and gone elsewhere but my car was up on the lift by then so I was stuck. Two and a half hours later my car was ready, but they had done a wheel alignment for $112 that I did not order. These guys are really great. They are super busy but once they get to you they're worth the wait. They're honest and they know what they're talking about. Andy, the mechanic called me to make sure that I understood the issues and even though he was unable to fix the issue with my truck he was able to get me in with a trustworthy diesel mechanic the same day. I really appreciate this!! Rick kept me updated through the whole process as well and let me know when the tow truck was there. I'm in Ocala currently alone and this is my only vehicle and as a woman this means more than anything. I will be back to this location for my future mechanical/tire needs that meets their expertise. I went to Tires Plus to fix a tire that had a slow leak in it back in early December. They found a nail in it and patched the tire from the inside. This morning the tire was low and I went back for them to repair it. Apparently they could not repair it, or when they tried they may have damaged the tire. They replaced the tire with a Firestone tire equivalent at no charge to me. I could not believe this but I will be returning there in the future read more
