The manager at that time apologized and said the next time I come in for an oil change, it will be on them. Fair enough. Except... This morning I went in for an oil change - crickets. No record. Plus they charge $6.90 for shop supplies and $2.43 for a "convenience fee". And they compute the taxes on all of the above. So the $59.99 oil change became $74.52.
