Had to take our 2018 Nissan Frontier in for another Full Synthetic Oil Change after a year. On the phone, the employee quoted me under $600 with a Transmission Fluid Flush, not including the extra oil; however, when I arrived and decided against the Transmission Fluid, they quoted a similar price. Realizing they didn't factor the Military Discount, they said they would input that. Initial they said it would take about 2-3 hours, but finished in 1.5 and that is with the inspection, which does concern me. This indicates they could do better with their communication. As usual, they did recommend other services, which are in line with the manufacturer suggested maintenance, which I decided to do next time and didn't pressure me. The manager at that time apologized and said the next time I come in for an oil change, it will be on them. Fair enough. Except... This morning I went in for an oil change - crickets. No record. Plus they charge $6.90 for shop supplies and $2.43 for a "convenience fee". And they compute the taxes on all of the above. So the $59.99 oil change became $74.52. I call that deception, along with their forgotten promise.
