Within an hour he had looked at my A/C, diagnosed and repaired the issue which happened to be a relay. When I made initial contact with them, it was difficult to communicate with the person on the other end but after some time I was able to provide them with the information needed to give a quote. During the quote process the person mentioned the possibility of using OEM parts instead of aftermarket parts which could also bring the total bill down. He then told me he'd call me back in a few minutes and hung up. Once he called back however that's where my experience turned sour. Without any explanation I was told my only option was to use aftermarket parts and given a quote higher than I had received elsewhere. I confirmed that he could not match the other shops quote, and was performing the same work. Once it was confirmed he could not match their price I thanked him for his time and told him I would be going elsewhere to which he decided to cuss me out and hang up on me. I can't believe someone would treat a potential customer like this especially when the repairs would have brought a couple thousand dollars to his business. If you need work done on your car, seek a business who will treat you with respect and be transparent.
