Then, while I'm waiting, I mention that LAST TIME here, someone misaligned my tire sensors so that the front sensor was registering the back tire on one side, and the other side sensor was not working properly at all... they were all working when I went in, not when I left!! So... a little good news: my tires CAN BE repaired, instead of being replaced... saving me boodles of bucks. Honesty is refreshing!! But, the sensor issue is estimated to cost $300+/- ...... so, there's that. All in all: meh. I'll run these tires til they fall off and probably need a new car next time

Subsequently, I hooked up my OBD2 Scanner (On-Board Diagnostic Scanner) and read the codes. Since my normal mechanic had a month long backlog I called these guys, then asked a few questions and then towed it over to Robert to dig further into the issue(s). Everyone I talked to was pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive. They were able to work me in the following work day and after determining what parts were needed, obtained them promptly (I.e. next morning) and had the job completed by late afternoon. In short, my car was in and out by the end of the third day. Kudos to these guys for a job well-done, timely and very much appreciated.
