Someone tell me: what's the point of making an appointment ONE WEEK in advance, to ensure that my tires would be on site... when they STILL haven't been delivered upon my arrival for the appointment? Then, while I'm waiting, I mention that LAST TIME here, someone misaligned my tire sensors so that the front sensor was registering the back tire on one side, and the other side sensor was not working properly at all... they were all working when I went in, not when I left!! So... a little good news: my tires CAN BE repaired, instead of being replaced... saving me boodles of bucks. Honesty is refreshing!! But, the sensor issue is estimated to cost $300+/- ...... so, there's that. All in all: meh. I'll run these tires til they fall off and probably need a new car next time read more

I am a business owner and have had them do work at several locations, Leesburg & Ocala . The vehicle in topic is a Ford E 350 Cutaway box truck, one of the smallest box trucks that you can buy. I purchased new tires for this box truck at their Ocala store and when I purchased the tires they came with free tire rotation. I have an employee that drives this truck and keeps the vehicle at it his home in Fruitland Park, so I scheduled this vehicle maintenance at their Leesburg location because its the closest location to where its parked. when I called and made the appointment the services person that answered the phone went into this spill about how its a big vehicle and that they would need it all day because originally I was going to wait with the vehicle. so I said okay fine I will drop it off, the service requested was to repair a tire that had a hole in it and to change oil and filter and rotate the tires, very easy job for any tire store one would think especially since you purchased the tires from this very tire service company. Upon my arrival the service person immediately began to act as if I didn't have an appointment, then wants to see the truck, then starts to question me about how much the truck weighs as if they don't have a jack to pick the truck up. I ask if they could just lock the key in the vehicle because it may be after their close time before I can pick the truck up, he tells me no they cant do that anymore because people are stealing catalytic convertors as if they need a key to steal them or something. I tell him that I had to put a plug into the tire, then he acts as if they can't remove the plug and patch the tire. its about 35 degrees outside and I'm starting to get aggravated because I am starting to see that I'm dealing with a service adviser that doesn't want to work for a living and is making every excuse to not do this job. So I tell him okay fine don't repair the tire , don't rotate the tires and that I would take the truck from now on to some place more qualified to do the work. So essentially this company will sale you tires and advertise that you get free tire rotation and then make every excuse to not rotate your tires after they have your money. I spend thousands of dollars in vehicle maintenance yearly and will not take any of my vehicles there again .This particular location is unqualified to do real service work in my opinion. I give 1 star because there is no 0 stars. I went for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. My appointment was at 2pm. But I checked at 1:45pm - early. It wasn't until 4:20pm that they gave my car. My car was not aligned. It was shifting to the right. I took it in for back. They told me go at 10am. They told me I needed a new tire. I bought it. After leaving I almost got a car accident my car shifted to left and right lanes. Took it back they said car was ok. But when I drove it if I wouldn't hold my wheel tight it would take me to a different lane. They called me and told me there was some sensitive info they couldn't disclose and offered me $ to close my mouth. You better off go to a dealership. These crooks. read more

Had an immediate replacement needed on my husband's BMW. Called on Friday and spoke with Ralph. He assured me he could get the tire that afternoon and scheduled repair for Saturday morning. He called Friday afternoon to let me know that the tire had come in too. The repair was handled on time and did not take very long to finish. I was a long time loyal customer always fustrated with the constant recommendations and started to noticed a decline in my cars performance and with the decline came another recommendation to improve my cars performance. One day by chance I had my car checked Auto Masters and found out that they (from my previous oil change and tune up just days ago) had replaced my spark plugs with substandard quality including the oil. I have gone to this tires plus a few times for an oil change. My first time they told me I had the wrong belt on my car and it needed to be changed. I knew this not to be true because I had just changed the belt not that long ago. My second oil change and nothing about the belt was mentioned. I went to get a coolant system flush yesterday.(2/5/16) And they call me and say my car needs a new water pump, thermostat and hoses. Ok, no big deal. Then I saw the prices. It was outrageous. All of the parts were $40 or more over priced and they had ridiculous labor charges. $84 because my a/c and pc interferes with changing my water pump? Are you re a fucking kidding me? This is a simple task, if I had the correct tools i could do it. I know Malibus are bitch to work on but it's not necessary to charge me $84. And they over charged my friend for an alignment. I will never return here unless they fix these prices. And please do your research on car parts so you aren't being over charged. read more
