I had my SUV towed to this shop on 10/13/25, sounded like something in the fan blade when I started it. No one called to say it was there, no worries though I was able to track the tow.(I did call them and spoke with Angel to let him know it was being towed there). Angel called on Tuesday morning to say I should just junk my SUV. This is FIRST THING HE TOLD ME.. ... Uhm.. well could I get a estimate of what was wrong first? he gave me a estimate of several issues going on $3108.00 worth of issues and then said oh wait my Manager said the Timing belt was bad also so that was another $2,600..I questioned that because there were no timing belt issues, but he said oh my Manager Eric didnt want to call you.. I asked to speak with Eric. Eric got on the phone and after some conversation my quote went down on some of the prior issues because "those could wait". I was still perplexed about the timing belt, he said he could hear it (but had not actually looked at it to see if it was indeed the timing belt).. So I said I would call back.. Thinking long about this as my SUV is older and has some miles on it, I was afraid to drop over $4500 in repairs and possibly have more issues.. I decided to buy a new vehicle.. Not what I wanted to do as I am on a very strict budget and did not want a car payment.. I went on friday to get my keys and clean it out so a junk yard could pick it up, I found that it started right up , no issues at all, no noise from the fan blade area that I heard on Monday and they did no repairs. I had a different Mechanic meet me on Saturday afternoon to look at it himself, NO PROBLEMS WITH THE TIMINMG BELT AT ALL AND HE DROVE IT THE 10 MILES TO MY HOME with no issues at all. Yes It does need some repairs but definitely not all that I was told and quoted . Please know that I have used this garage since 2007, with the other owners and even with the new owners, had my cars repaired and oil changes, tires replaced, tune ups.. So I put 100% percent trust in this shop. Being lied to is very disappointing and costly. I am older and a widow so I trusted them to be honest. so disappointed.. I have recommended this shop to so many family and friends, some have had a good experience and some have not. I will never recommend them again and I will tell anyone and everyone that that they are dishonest and will not give you a honest quote. I will file a claim with BBB and never recommend or use them again. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE OR HAVE A OLDER VEHICLE! read more

Nail in my tire...10 minutes & I'm on the road The best is they repaired my zero-turn tires multiple times.... and suggested adding tubes to prevent rolling the tire off the rim. read more

Best shop around! I wouldn't trust anywhere else with my vehicle needs. Stopped at another shop one day just because it was close to where I was & was told 2 hours before they could even look to see if the tire needed a plug. We ended up coming to Eric & in 30 minutes he had it figured out & got us back on the road. Plus it was very affordable where the other place was talking a lot more. We were 45 minutes away from our destination after two days on the road and our brake caliper seized. It was after hours on a Sunday! We left our keys and a note in the Dropbox, I called at the time they opened Monday morning, the guy was already writing up a ticket and working to figure out how to help. Been here a few times to get small things done. (Took over two hours for a simple plug and seal) Techs are all very lackadaisical. They're okay at their jobs but you can tell speed and efficiency is not their priority. They carry the attitude that if you don't like their wait times you can go somewhere else. I'd prefer to give my business and money someone who wants to work for it and is passionate about what they do. It's a shame subpar business can get by for years just because they have no real competition. read more

This is my second experience with Baseline. The first time I had a nail in my tire that I thought punctured the sidewall (big tires on a Jeep). They could have replaced it and charged me but instead just pulled it out with pliers and didn't charge me. The second (today) installed 4 new tires for me and it was mega reasonable and quick. Being from out of state and needing a tire repaired, we had to guess at where to take it. Baseline was closest so we took a chance. BEST SERVICE I have ever had. We pulled up, went inside, told them what we needed, we were offered fresh coffee and assured they could take care of it. We wondered how much it would end up being but less then 30 minutes later, they were done and it was $10.00. They were so friendly and we were told exactly what was wrong with the tire. I made sure to tell them what good service they had provided, they thanked us for coming in and said that is why they have been in business so long and everyone that works there has 10 years or more experience. These reviews must be friends of theirs. I went to one tire place in Belleview and they didnt have the tires I needed. They did look them up for me and gave me a price. I ended up going to Baseline Tire because they had the ones I needed. He quoted me a price that was $20 dollars over. I questioned him about it and told him that the other tire store quoted me a different price. He accused me of lying and we had to call the other tire store to confirm it. At that point, I wasn't going to buy anything from him. He was the biggest jerk I have ever met!! read more

I Stopped into the Baseline tire shop to have a dismount and a different tire I also brought in with. The man at the counter came out and instantly walked up and jumped into my truck and attempted to move it without saying or asking to or for permission to even get in.Then my truck moves forward about 3 feet and I see the Tire jocky looking for reverse in the manual transmission and then I here a" snap " ! Instantly I am now not going to work today and now need a rollback for my truck to a transmission shop.Now the owner comes out as I tell him he is not a mechanic and get away from my truck. The owner said he would pay for the part but I would have to sue him for the Rollback ride and labor to fix the truck and where do you think I going to recoup my days wadges ? So I told the owner I will show him how that begins with the call to the sheriffs department for a report to be used in court. And if that's not bad enough the owner insults my truck and called in a piece of junk. That is how this business man treats a Veteran of the USA and resident and business owner of Belleview, Florida. My daily equipment in use is running on 20 tires. There will never come another day to utilize Baseline Tire of Belleview, NEVER going to let another wantabe touch my truck . The rollback cost me 73 dollars and until 4pm at the shop to fix the trans. read more
