While traveling from Tallahassee to Boca Raton for a work conference, I experience a loud "pop" in…read moremy car just south of Gainesville. I immediately pull off the interstate thinking tire blow-out but upon inspection all the tires appear in proper working order. Looking under the car, everything is clear. The on-board monitoring system shows no alerts so I pull back onto the interstate and continue towards Boca Raton. Although there are no warning lights/alerts, the car is unusually loud. I stop for gas in Ocala and decide I better have someone look at the car. Searching on my phone "Ocala BMW" I find the gas station is .3 miles away from the Ocala BMW dealership - what a lucky gas stop! BMW Ocala is open so I pull into the service lane. The reason I am writing this email is because of what happens next or better - who happens next - Robert Czaplicki. Mr Czaplicki immediately comes to the rescue! After a brief chat about the car and the urgent need to get to Boca Raton, Mr. Czaplicki jumps into action. My car is in the service bay and within 30 minutes the car problem is diagnosed. My car needs a major part replacement (something to do with the car air flow system) requiring a lengthy repair. Knowing I am in a time crunch, Mr Czaplicki improvises with a few minor adjustments and gets me safely back on the road in time to make the meeting in Boca Raton. Mr Czaplicki displays what is hard to find these days - a real professional with interest not only in the car but also my personal situation. The service department might easily say "sorry" we cannot fix it today but instead go above and beyond expectations making my car safe to drive and all within a brief 30 minute window. As a female traveling alone, I cannot express enough my gratitude to Mr. Czaplicki for his sincere interest, kindness, honesty, understanding, and professionalism. Mr. Czaplicki scores a Perfect 10 for the Ocala BMW service team! With sincere thanks, Elise

I went to this dealership because once they received my inquiry, I was besieged with calls daily…read morebut I could not understand what was being said because of the rapid fire messages left on my voicemail. However it was relentless so I decided to see what it was all about. I came into the dealership and was assigned a salesman. Without ever showing me a single car the salesman had already told me what my monthly payment would be. I asked how he could quote a payment without even knowing what car we wanted to buy He said because that payment was pretty normal and that he had purchased a car there and he had to pay more so I should be happy it was only just under $500.00. My wife and I decided to leave because the explanation was very sketchy. A lady claiming to be the assistant manager ran out to our car and insisted she could help us and that the new guy just did not know the process as yet. She assigned a gentleman named Jaison. He showed us a vehicle immediately that was side swiped and dented and chipped all around and it was dirty. Furthermore, the air bag light was on to which he immediately diagnosed as normal and any attempt by me to remind him that this was not normal was met with repeated comments that it was. I drove the car and the front end alignment was very bad and the brakes squealed. I returned to the lot and was then told that out of the 1200 cars they had, that this was the only one they could find in my budget. The car was a 2018 Subaru Forester and they wanted $21,500 for it, but I was not to worry because I was definitely approved. I was told that the car had never been inspected but that if I purchased it today they'd be sure to fix whatever was wrong unless it was too much in which case I could have my trade back. I could not believe how hard they tried to take advantage of my wife and I and as senior citizens I felt they should be ashamed of themselves. Ultimately we left feeling like we had just missed being victims of the okey doke sale game. Whatever you do, DO NOT go to this dealership. They pray on what they think are desperate individuals. I rate this dealership as BUYER BEWARE!!

About a week ago, during our first visit, we were researching a new radio with satellite and…read morenavigation and Preston walked us through everything that would be required to make it happen answering every question, no matter how tedious. The cost was about average, but I decided to just have them take the initial step to reattach the original antenna. For the record, we started our search for this issue at the Nissan dealership; however, they wanted to charge $160 just to diagnose, which was not reasonable and Kent's only charged $55. We returned the following week for them to locate and reconnect the wire behind the dash. Once the radio was removed, Preston informed us there was no cable anywhere behind the dash, but the radio did have the connection necessary, so he tried a separate antenna, which brought up the station right away, so we decided to have them install it and we were on our way. I have to say that it has been a very long time since I had any desire to throw money at a company; however, Preston was excellent and very knowledgeable and the other staff were friendly. I cannot speak to other places, but can tell you why would you go anywhere else after finding what you need with Kent's. I highly recommend their business. I would also recommend that anyone purchasing a used vehicle with a satellite radio to push the button before making the purchase to ensure it is working, because I believe the dealership in Colorado removed the wire in order to gain more money from me after driving it off the lot.
