Even without an appointment, they promptly pulled my car up to a service door to see what they could do to help. One tech instantly noticed a screw in the tire tread. Less than 10 minutes later the screw was out, the tire patched and I was on my merry way. Only cost $30. Great deal to me With so many tire stores around, I chose Barnett Tire as they have been servicing our tire needs on our truck, trailer and rv for almost 11 years now. Spouse has always brought vehicles so this was my first actual experience.

Then, while I'm waiting, I mention that LAST TIME here, someone misaligned my tire sensors so that the front sensor was registering the back tire on one side, and the other side sensor was not working properly at all... they were all working when I went in, not when I left!! So... a little good news: my tires CAN BE repaired, instead of being replaced... saving me boodles of bucks. Honesty is refreshing!! But, the sensor issue is estimated to cost $300+/- ...... so, there's that. All in all: meh. I'll run these tires til they fall off and probably need a new car next time

On my last visit the service tech whom had changed my oil left grease hand, finger, and foot prints through-out the inside of my car. Management took care of the problem and cleaned up the mess. He told me that it wasn't listed in my records and he would not honor it unless I had the noted free oil change written on back of one of their coupons. Came in to get a tire repaired from a nail. I had even marked the nail spot for them. They lifted up and i looked out and my hood was up, the kid was standing under the car texting on his phone for over 15 minutes and then left the car and as I watched him just walking around talking to other people. When i asked the front desk about it, he said they were doing a general inspection of the car which i never asked for. I was on a tight schedule and was lookin for a quick fix. My wife had to drive to a meeting and, had they done their job, would have been on time. Ended up almost 2 hours late.... for a small tire fix. A plug, which i asked for they did not do but eventually took the tire off and pulled the tire off the wheel to install a patch. Another man was there to get 2 tires. Had been there before I got there and for most of the time I was there. After probably half an hour with the car in the bay, one of the techs asked the front desk if he wanted 2 tires and which ones. I knew I was in trouble at that point. Never ever come here if you are on a schedule and if you do, specify exactly what you want and nothing more. One lady called in for a battery. I saw the battery. Standard agm auto. Quoted her about $450 for the battery and installation.
