Had an awesome experience after I had suffered a blow out on the inside drive axle tire on I-75 between Gainesville & Ocala. Called the breakdown number for the bus company I drove for and these guys (Matt) showed up within a pretty reasonable amount of time. From the time it took from my breakdown to being back on the road was apx 3 total hours. Took about an hour for them to source the roadside repair company. They were there within about an hour of that time. And Matt had the tire switched out in and me back on the road in less than an hour. Couldn't have been more pleased and happy with Advanced Tire performance. * Not sure which location provided the roadside service that day as Advanced Tire has multiple locations. I bought larger tires and wheels online for a Jeep Wrangler and I needed the tires mounted on the wheels and blanced. The vehicle was on stands being working on at home so I needed to drop everything off, get it done and install everything myself. These guys were great. They did it the same day, very fair price and very quickly. It was done while I waited. I also had my own TPMS sensors that I bought online and they installed them too. They informed me that some aftermarket TPMS don't work right and/or might need to be programmed but they did not try to push me into buying their sensors. When all was said and done they did an excellent job with my stuff. Perfect, could not have been better. The combination of honesty, integrity and quality made them my "go to" tire guys. I can't recommend them highly enough. It's hard to find and honest mechanic that is also good at what he does. You can usually find neither or one or the other but when you find one that is both you stick with him and these guys nailed it. read more

Advanced Tire Service on 10th street has been taking care of my vehicles for almost 20 years now and I appreciate their integrity, honesty and friendliness, as well as their reasonable pricing. I made and appointment to take my car in because I thought it needed an alignment. Shuddering feeling in the steering wheel. When I picked the vehicle up I was pleasantly surprised to learn that after they took it for a test run it only needed air in the tires and a tire rotation. Let me first say that Corey, the service advisor was helpful and polite. After about 1 year, and 15,000 miles of use on four quality, new BFG all terrain's, my FJ cruiser developed a very slight imbalance. I brought it in to have the four tires re-balanced. Unfortunately, after paying for the balance and driving home I realized the balance was SIGNIFICANTLY worse! The wheel now violently shakes from 45 all the way up to 65mph. I brought this to the attention of their social media marketing personnelll in hopes they would be able to offer a suggestion to rectify this issue. Unfortunately they ignored me I even sent in videos showing the intense wheel shakes. I took my truck to Executive Automotive today, paid them for a balance and truck drives smoothly.
