Hunter and his team are genuine. My car overheated this afternoon on my trip from Hudson, FL to Cincinnati, OH. I LUCKED OUT in breaking down a few short miles from Hunter's shop. I have been in the auto repair industry for 27 years, most recently as an executive for a $600m automotive repair company. Specifically, i was vice president of store operations for 200+ locations. That said, I can say with confidence that Hunter is the epitome of professionalism. It's a challenge to find someone like Hunter. He's as solid as they come. A true professional. My truck broke down and I ended up at this exit, thankfully! Hunter, Kenny, and Andy were amazing. They were calm, competent, and honest about my situation. They made recommendations and I'm still deciding what direction to go in (engine is dead), but they definitely know their stuff in terms of cars and have great prices for honest work. Hunter said my dead car could sit there while I figure this out, and I was awed by their car knowledge and kind hearts after spending 5 hours broken down with them! (Update- I'm going to have them drop a new engine in my Rosie. My trust is unwavering!) I wish I lived closer- I'd bring all of our cars to them! As it stands, I'll send my UF student a few miles down the road to see them when he needs work on his car. Highly recommend. (You also know you're in good hands when the locals wave at the mechanics as they drive by! And when they have their rescued-from-abuse chihuahua Chopper manning the office!) In the auto-fixing world, where it feels like everyone is trying to take advantage of you sometimes, these young men are old-school in terms of values and skills. Our Diesel broke down on I-75 North while pulling our RV. It was Sunday and the first day of our vacation. We couldn't find anyone open as we limped along I-75 until we called Anything Auto. Kenneth was on duty that day and we feel very fortunate that we found him. He worked diligently to get us back on the road again. We can't say enough about Kenneth. The fuel pump went out due to a faulty hose and he had to order the parts from a local parts store to fix it. Plus it was difficult to get to the parts in the truck. Our wheel bearing was broken 3 hours into our 26 hour ride from Florida to Boston. Yelped car mechanics and found anything auto. We were beyond lucky to have found this terrific auto repair station!. My car broke down on the highway and I had to pull off at the nearest exit to get it fixed immediately as the tire was completely destroyed. I am so thankful that this shop was right there and they were willing to help right away. They looked at my car as soon as I got there and sent someone 30 minutes away to pick up the tires that my car needed. Terrible customer service,I walked in on 4 people hanging around and 1 sleeping on the couch, office was a mess, 1st thing was said to me was close the door. not good morning what can I do for you! I had 2 small tractor tires to be mounted and they said $20 a piece, a little high but I said no problem, then he came up to me and said Im going to charge you an extra $10 cause there is fix a flat in the tire and thats disgusting and I got dirty. I said what ever just do it. so when I went in to pay $50 I told them I wasn't happy with there customer service and he got defensive and said they do not need customers like me. I have a business just down the street with over 200 tires... I guess I will take them somewhere else! read more

If i could give them a zero i would. I was hit with the old bait and switch. I ask them to check things out before hand. They decided to tell me the car was running great. Then next day i needed a part that now needed 20 hours of labor. Funny thing is i youtube the process and a guy did it in hour and a half. That would tack on another $2200 on my bill. I couldnt believe it. I hung up the phone. I went to pay for my now broken car. $500 in labor for nothing. And he call me, the customer an Asshole. Stay far away from this place. read more
