They replaced the pump and the reservoir and sent me on my way with the power steering still broken. I could not even pull into a parking space - I almost hit another car. The power steering when turning was still broken!!!! I called their store immediately and was told that - well, we told you there was still a bit of a glitch!! They then said it needed a steering gear and that would be another $1500.00. They charged me $2400.00 to replace the steeing pump. My daughter has been helping me get in touch with the owner. That was a week ago - she has tried calling back into the store and he is always "out":...but they said he is working on it. I diagnose your car and let you know how many things are wrong. They said I needed a new battery - my battery wasn't only 6 months old. They lie and take advantage of people and do not stand behind their work or the lack there of!! A friend told me I had to go see Jocelyn at Discount Tire in Burnsville. She not only had compassion for my current situation ~ she went above and beyond for me. I was humbled by her kindness and amazing customer service skills. I ideally would've loved to put all new tires on the truck since I pull a 5th wheel, but she never once pressured or tried to upsell a thing. They changed out my brakes and rotors for $1200 and qouted me $4,200 to fix the catalytic converter. I said no and did some research to find out that the Federal Gov't mandates some type of warranty for Ford to resolve this issue under warranty, which I found is either 8 years or 80,000 miles. I brought my truck to Ford, they gave me a free warner and replaced my catalytic converter and some sensors for free under warranty. I find interesting that Superior didn't know this and didn't advise this, but instead wanted $4200 to fix the problem. I don't recommend this shop due to my experience and complete distrust.

I went there to have my oil changed because I had a free coupon for it and get my tire pressure sensors replaced, and it took them a week and a half to do the job, they charged me top dollar for it, and they didn't even clear the alert on my car. Not only that, the manager told me after the fact that my car didn't even need an oil change, and had to give me a refund and new coupon. The gesture to give me a new coupon was noted, and it's better than nothing, but the tire sensor situation just made me never want to return here for anything, I called and said that the sensor is still on, and they said I will need to drive on it a bit for it to turn off, it didn't, it's been months. How am I supposed to trust a business after that. Refunds, coupons, free, whatever, there's no way I'd ever return here. I'd hands down rather spend money elsewhere than use a free oil change coupon here in the future, purely out of the assurance that I can trust the establishment.
