Needed some tires I had picked up off Marketplace put on the rear of my dually truck (cords were coming through and nearly bald on the outer tires) and had no idea where I could go to do this because I thought the tire shops would only help you if you purchased tires from them. A friend told me I had to go see Jocelyn at Discount Tire in Burnsville. She not only had compassion for my current situation ~ she went above and beyond for me. I was humbled by her kindness and amazing customer service skills. I ideally would've loved to put all new tires on the truck since I pull a 5th wheel, but she never once pressured or tried to upsell a thing. Truck was ready to roll within an hour and when I'm back on my feet you can BET I'm going to see Jocelyn for all new tires for the truck & will refer everyone to this location to see her! THANK YOU!!!

Not only that, the manager told me after the fact that my car didn't even need an oil change, and had to give me a refund and new coupon. The gesture to give me a new coupon was noted, and it's better than nothing, but the tire sensor situation just made me never want to return here for anything, I called and said that the sensor is still on, and they said I will need to drive on it a bit for it to turn off, it didn't, it's been months. How am I supposed to trust a business after that. Refunds, coupons, free, whatever, there's no way I'd ever return here.
