When I walked in the office I was advised that there would be a delay as the "technician", the man I watched leave, would not be back for an hour. Well, I was back in an hour and Store Manager, Rodney Dascenzo, graciously apologized for the confusion, and got to my oil change. So, mine is only a 4* rating...this took place on a very uncomfortable, 100 degree day, here in Vancouver, Washington.

I didn't need to drive my car anywhere, so I didn't bother getting it repaired. Fast forward from early January to the end of April, and I was now in desperate need of my car. We knew the alternator was shot and that the battery needed replacement. Local body shops quoted some pretty steep prices and weren't sure when they could get to it. Our neighbors referred us to James Mobile Auto Repair. He was able to come out to our house the following day, and confirmed it was the battery and alternator.
