i just to tirelink yesterday and it was the most amazing experience in buying tires . i had called around to get prices on high performance tires for my lexus . david henley the assistant manger was extremely knowledgeable and polite . he gave me all the options for my specific needs . that is customer service with a capital C . he didn't try to take advantage of the situation ( which i have experience before ) . For that reason Tirelink and David Henley EARN my trust and my business as well as the rest of my family . I have nothing but good things to say about this company. During my overseas travels (visiting family locally while living abroad in Australia) I came in late afternoon with two blown out tires. I was desperate to get the tires replaced as we had plans to travel up north the next day. I paid for the tires in advance with the agreement of having them replaced the next day and was given two used tires with no charge. Returned home that evening only to find out the tires were under full warranty with a competitor. I brought the loaned tires back the next day explained the situation and was able to get a full refund with no extra charges. I love coming here these men are very hands on and VERY quick with service. Once again I was here no more than 10 -20 minutes getting my camaro tire replaced. The service is superb. They are all so welcoming. It's an absolute joy and breath of fresh air to come here. Not to mention they do extra then what is asked of them like cleaning your tires, tightening etc. Everyone greets you from the time you drive in until the time you leave. Austin took care of me throughout the whole process, and told me his recommendation without pressuring me to buy the most expensive tires like other competitors. Best Service that I have received in a long time. Locally owned and operated. I wish restaurants around here had service this good. Pull up, get taken care of, and get back on the road. No more waiting 2 hours, just for your turn to talk to an sales adviser at the national brand places, and then spending a whole day waiting for your ride to get done. Spoke to Billy on the phone and he was very personable and professional. When I went in to have my tire/rim checked for an air leak I was taken care of by Javier and his techs. Every staff member that I came into contact with was very courteous and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint my issue right away and explain it to me. When it came time to pay the bill they did not try to over charge me by trying to get me to pay any extra unnecessary or hidden charges. Very disappointed with there tire prices. I got a price over the phone that was cheaper than Discount tire. But after my car tire were replaced, the price I paid was different. Needless to say it was more than what discount tire had quoted. ---- Updated Within couple of hours after posting my review, owner Billy L called me to understand the issue. Had a punctured tire while on my way to work. Was able to carefully make it to Tirelink. The shop wasn't opened yet so I parked outside. When the first employee, Tony, arrived well before opening he started working on my tire immediately. He was able to patch the tire where a lot of other tire shops seem to always want to replace. Came here for just a tire rotation. Got here at 740-745 cause they open at 8 and they were already pulling cars in. That right there had me won over before any of the work even started. Brandon was the young man I dealt with at the front counter and he was great but if I knew all the guys names who worked here I'd list them as well.
