On Nov 13-24 went in for oil change. They did not properly screw in the oil cap afterwards and oil was dripping all over my driveway. Will not be using this place again as I cannot trust these mechanics. They didn't want to admit they were negligent and were trying to lie to my husband that this was not an issue. My wife was in Venice last week working on our house repair and unknowingly picked up a screw in a tire. After she returned up north a neighbor noticed the tire was slowly deflating, and he graciously took it over to Tire Kingdom for repair. Tire Kingdom called me and said they couldn't repair the tire as, "the screw was in the outside of the tire." That's a direct quote, which was repeated twice when I questioned it. He suggested I call the shop where I bought the tire and see if it had a road hazard warranty, and said he could replace the tire. Unbelievable BS. I called my neighbor and asked him to pick up the car and take it to a repair shop that I know and trust. They fixed the tire in 4 minutes. read more

So Friday on my way to work I had a blow out. I was driving my daughter's vehicle and it was 4:15pm. I was 25 min from work and we live 15 min the other direction. I puked into WaWa which is next door to Tire Kingdim and parked the vehicle. I called home to tell my daughter and have them come rush me to work. Meanwhile I walked into Tire Kibgdim to get a quote on a new tire. My daughter is a single mom and finances are tight for both of us right now. We usually go to Walmart and in fact the tires she had in it just ran out of Road Hazard warranty. A nice lady gave me a quote if $196 and said that could do it pretty quick cause they weren't that busy. I said thank you and I would call my daughter to see what she wanted to do. My father was driving her to me so she could put spare in and he could take me to work. She did not have $209 to downs in Friday for a tire so we decided to put spare on and she would go get a used tire. Well done nice guys at WaWa tried to put spare on for me but the lugnut wrench in her car didn't match. So I went to work and they told WaWa we would be back in the morning. Next day she went and bought a 4 way and her Boyfriend went to put spare on but lugnuts were stripped. So my dad drove over and went back to Tire Kingdim to ask for help and a man employee came over to the vehicle and said your gonna hate this but you have to tow it to Ford and they are the only ones who can fix it. My dad is 82 and not a mechanic.i told my daughter no way go buy these other tools at autozone and that should work. Well it didn't. They don't the entire day Friday any almost $75 to try and get minutes off and my daughter was devastated. Told WaWa it would be there another day. This morning, Saturday, my daughters boyfriend called Tire Kungdim before calling a tow truck and the employee stated that the reason they chose not to help her yesterday was that I had yelled at them that there prices were to high. This never happened. I am filing a complaint with corporate. I dint know where this man got his info. The lady was very nice to me and I in no way said anything other than I had to call and give my daughter the info cause it's not my vehicle. I am now so angry. He straight up lied to my dad and my daughter. Refused to help. I want the video of our conversations in their lobby and this employee to be fired. Maybe there was someone else with a flat but this was just so wrong in d dry way. I missed work today because we couldn't get it fixed. Since they did end up helping my dad purchased her two new Tires with Tire Lingdim after all but that just makes me upset that we gave them business when they refused to help a young girl with stripped lugnuts when they had every way to fix the tire. Had several conversations with Salesperson @ counter Gave me a price of $1499. "That price includes everything." I gave him the OK they ordered the tires, they came in , final bill was $1822. I wasn't happy, They did remove the$ 200 installation, but the final cost was $1423. My advice is to make sure you get it in writing, not after tires are mounted. As an added note The original salesperson John, who gave me the price also added that there was a 75.00 Rebate and 150 if I applied and used their credit card. When I asked about that at check out, I was told that it would take a lot of time , I asked how much he said I don't know , maybe more then an hour Really bad attitude I think the big guy with tattoos needs a career change read more

Had an appointment for an oil change today synthetic made it and talk to them during the week and they said between 65 to $150 well of course we get there and it's well over $100 for just an oil filter and five quarts of synthetic oil. My recommendation since they were bought out just recently in the last 5 months by a big corporation that you find someone else to do your service work because all they're doing is just looking at what's on their computer and telling you the price of what corporate sets. The average price for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation is between 65 to $90. The staff was rude I know it was Sunday they made the appointment and why are they even open on a Sunday they don't want to be there anyway. Find someone else to do your work for your cars read more

My husband brought my car in to check the brakes, as not only was it making the tell-tale grinding noise, but the brake indicator in my car was in. in addition, it needed an oil change. We were told that the brakes were good, no idea why the light was on and chalked up the noise to rain. They said that they couldn't turn off the indicator and to ignore it. We brought back the car 2 or 3 times because my car leaked oil (never had before). The first time, they told my husband it was overflow. They next, they forgot a gasket or cap and were quite apologetic. The next time or times, various other excuses were made and my husband gave up. We drove the car for about 6 weeks and finally, the grinding noise would not stop. We brought the car to a mechanic who said that we were metal to metal. Tire Kingdom put lives in jeopardy telling us to ignore the indicator including guests we picked up and dropped off at the airport as well as my grandson's school pickups and drop offs. The oil leak? Turns out Tire Kingdom didn't hav e the correct part and cobbled something together. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! They are incompetent, lazy liars. read more

Over priced tires for the same identical tire and other places, how can you charge $280 more for for tires then your competitor?

I brought my car in for a wheel alignment, spark plug replacement (16 plugs - 2 per cylinder) and a PCV valve. While they had the vehicle I was called to tell me they recommend replacing my spark plug wires as they were old and might break during the spark plug change; although I suspected it might be bull, I agreed. When I dropped off the vehicle they told me I should also do a fuel line flush to clean out the carbon deposits on the injectors. While I suspect this was probably not a necessary service, I thought it might do good so I agreed. I had put new tires on the vehicle only 2 days prior. My gas mileage improved by 1.5 mpg with the new tires alone. After I had TK do the other work, all work that has effect in improving gas mileage, my gas mileage is now worse than ever. I have lost approximately 3 mpg. This loss is costing me about $15 per tank of gas. When I brought this to their attention all I got was a bunch of lip service and lies! They actually told me that cleaning the fuel injectors and new spark plugs will cause an increase in gas consumption because now more fuel can reach the plugs/engine because the carbon deposits have been removed! I guess their auto mechanic education came from a Cracker Jack box! I had to return the following day to have the PCV valve installed because they didn't have the part. I had a 4pm appointment and I arrived at 4pm. The car was ready at 4:19pm; I'm certain of this because I commented to the manager about the speed of the repair. On my invoice the "time in" was falsified to read 3:18pm and I was charged for 42 minutes of labor; a monetary overcharge of $62.48. NEVER AGAIN WILL I HAVE MY VEHICLE SERVICED BY THEM! read more
