When I got there, the associate told me they could not perform the tire rotation because my truck was "lifted." I explained multiple times that my truck is not lifted and is completely stock height, but he continued insisting it was against company policy for them to work on lifted trucks. I then asked him to show me where this policy was posted. He said he would check and went to the back room. When he came back, he admitted he could not find any posting, but still claimed it was company policy and refused to service my vehicle. Despite explaining again that the truck is standard height, the manager on duty still refused to accept it for a simple tire rotation. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The staff member was rude and unable to explain or show the policy he kept referencing. Overall, it seemed like they simply did not want to do the work. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this location.

No upsell, no delay, just quick service. I overhear several phone calls with customers while I was waiting that sounded very professional and honest. The waiting room was the cleanest that I have ever experienced in a small shop like this. They had water and seltzer in a mini fridge. They also had a Kurig for coffee. Basic high school physics and a cursory glance at and automotive web page will explain traction on a FRONT WHEEL DRIVE car actually is generated by The FRONT WHEELS. God only knows how many people this business and companies like this continually practice deceptive work on unsuspecting customers. I asked him if they could check it because I thought it would need either a spark plug or coil or both. He sent me an email with about 20 things they said the car needed from new wiper blades to new tires. The tires are fine and the wipers work great. Never asked them to do a full vehicle inspection but they did. He then told me to replace 6 spark plugs and one coil would be $936 plus tax which would put it over $1,000 when done and that is not even for a full tune up. I made a few calls to other car repair places and they all told me that was way to high. I called him back and told him we could not afford $1,000 for 6 plugs, a coil and 2.5 hours of labor. I was quoted between $450 and $550 for 6 plugs and 6 coils and gaskets including labor. My wife went to pick up the car and they charged her $139.00 for checking out the car. When I called an complained, Bobby told me that the inspection on the entire vehicle was free but that the mechanic took the top of the motor off and actually checked the coil and that took an hour to do and that they charged $139.00 per hour. We took the car to a different mechanic and he said that the head had not been removed. When I asked Bobby how they came up with the $936 quote in the first place he said it was because the spark plugs were so expensive ( purchased them from Advanced Auto for $8 each) the coil was $25.00 an the gaskets where about $20. So now we are at total parts costing $93.00 so I aske him how they came up with the $843 difference and he said it was labor. So they were going to charge me $843 for a job that all three other mechanics told me was a 2 - 2.5 hour job and that is to replace all 6 coils. At 2.5 hours that is $345.20 per hour. I would never recommend this shop. They must think people are complete idiots. Not sure about the other reviews on here stating they are a fair and honest shop because that was not my experience at all.
