If you're looking for an oil change and don't want to spend the extra dollars it would cost if you were to take your car to the dealer, I highly recommend Tire Kingdom. They do more than just oil changes and so the staff is much more informed and knowledgeable than the ones working at Jiffy Lube. Prices for a full synthetic oil change is around $70.00 but they have some discounts that will bring your total much lower. I walked out the door paying around $63.00. The absolute best part of the oil change is that they offer a free tire rotation which is around $20 with an oil change; not only is this the main reason for brining your car here, but the staff and mechanics were courteous and helpful. When I called to get pricing on a tire, I thought I called the actual store. Whoever it was had excellent customer service. He gave me a "discount" so he says on the tire and offered me to even come in the same day to get it put on. I couldn't make it then so I came the next day. He even emailed me over something with directions. When I arrived to the location there was no one inside, it was close to closing and all of them were working I suspected. I had to use the bathroom, it was clean, there was no soap but other than that I was pleased. I went back to the counter and a few minutes later a guy came in from the only authorized personnel door. He asked how he could help me and I told him I had a "sort of appointment". He found it with ease and quoted me my price. I thought he was wrong because I thought it was cheaper. He turned the screen around to show me. I agreed and he took my keys and asked me to have a seat. While he and I were taking another guy came in. When I sat down the guy that came in came over and introduced himself saying how he thanks me for coming in and he wanted to make sure I didn't need anything and if I had been helped. I thanked him and told him that I had been helped, he asked me which vehicle was , I told him. He again thanked me for coming in. After that he (Johnathon) came back a few minutes later informing me and the other customers of the progress of our vehicles. From start to finish it was a total of around 1 hour exactly! I can't say enough about the customer service of Johnathon and his boss. Johnathon provided great conversation and he moved the cars around to the work zone so the guys didn't have go stop what they were doing!!!! He was cleaning and taking out trash and being an excellent member of the team!!!! After he cashed me out he asked if I would leave a review, I had already started before he asked!!! read more

Just horrible. Asked if I could take my vehicle in for an alignment and for them to pop in my new track bar. They told me "yeah! Come by in @ 4:00 and we'll get you going." 4:00 comes around and they tell me it's gonna be ready in about 2 hours. 7:00 comes around and they call me saying how they couldn't get to my vehicle today and that my track bar had the wrong bolt. It's the exact same stock bolt and track bar? So that's a lie. Next day I drive up the here at 12:30 asking about my vehicle. Still haven't gotten to it, it's up in the air, and they're ordering a new bolt because they rounded off the original bolt. Told me they will have to go to the parts store to match it up. And said "Hopefully we'll have it back to ya today". I understand things happen, but in this case it was a total bust on Tire Kingdoms end. Called corporate and explained the situation to them so I wouldn't get ripped off if they wanted to up charge something. Then the store manager calls me 10 minutes afterwards and was being nasty, accusing me of lying, etc. Corporate follows up with a call to me and offered a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. I kindly declined and told them I would never be back and will write a review about this terrible experience. 30 hours and all this headache for a 2 hour job. made an appointment at 0800, showed up a few minutes early, no one was there. the employees showed up a few minutes late, they were very polite and apologized for being late. I was the first appointment of the day, they said it should be 2 hours or so to complete the work. I came back 2 hours later they had not touched my car, I was a bit upset asked for my keys back and told them they should not make appointments if they're not going to honor them as I was leaving the employees were not very polite, will not be going back read more

Brought my truck in with tires that needed mounting and balancing. They put the tires on I get my truck back and when I drive 55-60 mph my truck bounces because of the tires not being properly balanced or not at all balanced. Pretty pissed wouldn't go back. Paid $200 plus and waiting pretty much all day. read more

My mother was in a minor accident and needed to replace a tire. She came here and got a new one. Less than 3 months later I came to visit and when I drove her car I noticed a shimmy in the car. I took it back to this shop and after a test drive they told me the tire they put on was fine but I needed two new rear tires as the ones on the car were separating. I found this odd so took the car to another shop and after their test drive I was told that the rear tires were fine but the tire replaced by Tire Kingdom was separating. It was a poor quality brand and this happened often with the brand. I went back to TK and they put on a new tire. They wanted me to pay for mounting and balancing (again) but I made a fuss so the manager said we'd "split the cost" and I wound up paying half the fee for mounting and balancing. I should have talked louder, there was a room full of customers. Needless to say, we will never go back. read more

My tire was going low and they could not find any problem with my tire so they just aired it up. Lo and behold two days later another tire went flat. Had a friend pump it up and took it to them as they were a great place to deal with. Tire could not be fixed and tires were only 4 years old with 20,000 miles on them but had problems from the beginning. They gave me a terrific price for 4 new tires and feel so confident now in driving my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

They are always at least a couple hours even for an oil change.... even if you have an appointment. It took them 5 hours to put my tire on even when they called To let me know my tire had arrived. Its Just not staffed enough for timely service read more
