I initially had scheduled a appointment for 0800 to have my tires balanced. When I got in at 0745 I was told the tech wouldn't be in till 1000. I rescheduled for 400 pm hoping for better luck. I was back by 345 pm and handed the keys over. I sat down until 430 pm and decided to check on the progress. To my amazement my car was still in the parking lot and no one was in the garage working. I stood at the desk waiting until someone entered the store and the bell notified the counter person. I asked the T1re barn rep how many people were working and was told himself and one other. My issues 1. Don't offer appointment times if you're not able to do business 2. Take the time to let patrons know of delays. Time is money even if your not a corporation 3. Emmanuel the manager has ZERO customer service experience and it shows. He just cost this company a lot of money. As an Uber driver who not only does a lot of business with this company but who speaks to over a hundred people in & out of my car per week, not to mention the THOUSANDS of Uber & Lyft drivers who are in the Facebook & instagram & TikTok groups & boards I belong too who will here about how bad the service here has become. I started my day with a flat & had to wait for the stores to open to get it changed before I could start my day & I called the location closest to me in Avon only to be told that they were already extremely busy & didn't have my tire in stock & also wouldn't have it in stock anymore since the company pulled it, if I wanted that tire I would have to order it. As a driver I never know when I will need a tire so this won't work for me. So I went to the Camby store since they seemed to be not as busy. When I walked in I explained that I needed a tire I would be able to go in & get at any time & it would always be in stock & that the tires currently on it they couldn't keep in stock anymore, Emmanuel cut me off trying to explain that it wasn't the manager who decides what tires are in stock or not. Since he cut me off I cut him right back off explaining that I didn't care who did what, I just needed a tire that was going to be in stock & that's when he went off on me explaining that he didn't have to help anyone with an attitude & I said I didn't have an attitude that I was about to cry because of the morning I'd had & he wasn't hearing any of it & kept yelling at me as if I was the one that was causing a scene! He said he can refuse service & didn't have to deal with anyone's attitude! I was in shock & just kept repeating that I just needed a tire but he kept yelling at me & I walked out. I will never be back to this company again & I plan to post this on as many review boards I can find. I will also be calling corporate to see if I can contact the district manager. I know that most companies no longer care about returning customers but after 6+yrs this has shown me that this is not a place to continue or spend my hard earned money. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled an appointment, and they were not able to honor it. I had to wait an hour and a half before my car was serviced. Once my oil change was finished, I was informed by the technician that they were unable to rotate my tires because of tire condition. My tires were brand new, I spoke with another technician and asked if there was any reason they couldn't and if I should be concerned about my tires, he said no and that " he doesn't know why he's(the other technician) is saying that". It was closing time so they were unable to rotate my tires. On top of that, they stripped my oil pan bolt so bad that a dealership technician was unable to remove it for an oil change. I called this tire barn, and they said they can quote me for a new oil pan bolt and replacement. Insult to injury. If they were able to get the oil pan bolt off, they surely were the ones to damage it when putting it back on. If you strip a bolt so bad that another technician can't get it off, you would be aware. Came in with a screw in my tire a few weeks ago. Didn't know if it needed patching or total replacement. The person working up front told me that he can't replace just 1 tire because it "throws off the system in the car" so all 4 tires needed to be replaced. I was very confused why he would suggest that and went over to Belle Tire where they replaced the single tire right away and without issue. Not sure why they would suggest replacing all 4 tires for a single screw in one. Just be weary of bad advice and suggestions, especially if you don't know much about cars. I came in a few weeks ago with a tire that was leaking. Needed a new tire. Got 2 new tires as you normally do when one needs replaced. This was all fine and good and the service was fine as well. Definitely took a little longer than they said it would but I digress. My issue is that about two days after this replacement, my passenger brake dust shield started to make a rattling noise, and I had to have this fixed. The mechanic at the shop said this was due to a service I had done on my car because the shield had been bent. At my request, they removed all four of our tires to and found the nail in the rear driver-side tire. Then, because they didn't have a tire in stock to match the brand of rear tire we had purchased a few days earlier, they kindly helped me call a nearby competitor to ensure that I could get the exact tire I needed on the same afternoon. Very friendly staff, would have gave them five stars but the restroom was very dirty! UPDATE: I had a cheap scanner connected to my car when I stopped in for service. When they disconnected it to reset TPMS system. When I couldn't find it I called the store upset and was meet with a very defensive attitude. Luckily I found it stuffed under the passenger seat, like really stuffed. I called to let them know and was asked for an apology, I didn't feel like they deserved an apology... I did want them to know I had found it & consider the issue closed. Wish I was met with a little more understanding when I called in with my concerns, it's possible to trust in your employees without getting defensive with your customer. Should have just looked to see if it was mistakenly collected and when it was not found just expressed a little understanding and escalated the situation to an area manager. I also wish they would have said something about disconnecting it and maybe even asked where I would like them to have placed it, this would have avoided the whole issue. Hit a manhole cover that was turning into a pothole, with asphalt sticking up out of the ground. They essentially came out after looking at the tire and called me a liar saying I definitely went up on a curb and that I couldn't use my warranty. When I explained exactly what happened it's still not covered on the warranty and I need to take it up with the city. I went with Tire Barn on a recommendation from a friend that Tire Barn's "Total Price" was usually cheaper than their competitors who tend to nickel and dime you at the end. At the Camby location: first they repaired a slow leak about a month ago from catching a screw. No wait, no hassle, no charge! Then, last week one of Hogsett's wonderful untouched potholes caught me. The tire was fine, but it put about an inch deep dent in the rim of the wheel. The team at Tire Barn Camby managed to repair the dent so I didn't have to buy a new wheel. And they got it done in less than an hour after I showed up with no appointment! Again; no wait, no hassle! The team is knowledgeable, fast and friendly! I could not recommend Tire Barn enough for anyone needing to buy new tires. Many tire places advertise good after-purchase repair services, but Tire Barn actually makes good on it! read more

I hate to write this review, because up to a few months ago, we were really pleased with the service and professionalism of the tire barn. I don't know what happened? Last month we bought a tire there and needed it mounted on our trailer. They asked if we would be waiting. We said we would come back a few hours later. We left and came back 3 hours later. They had not started. They didn't offer a time frame to come back - they didn't even apologize. We said we would be back at closing. We came back at closing. It still was not done. We took the tire home and had it done elsewhere. Hoped it was an off day Returned today with our F350 for a couple leaks to be repaired and to get tires balanced and rotated. They called 2 hours after dropping it off. Said they didn't have the proper tool to remove the back hubs. So- they could just try to force them off. We said no- we don't want to approve using force to get them off. So again could not / did not do the work. Thought that a "tire specialist"l could do the work. We are done with Tire barn. Bought tires with a 55k mile warranty. Went to get them rotated and was told they could only sell me new tires because I had driven them 10k miles without getting them serviced so the warranty was now invalid. They didn't tell me about this when I bought them. Then the guy that was supposed to be helping me was extremely condescending and rude. He spoke down to me like I was stupid. The tires they wanted to sell me were $105 each but another $100 was added for additional "fees". Said no thanks and went to belle tire. Got great service and paid $100 less than tire barn wanted. Unfortunately, I needed new tires .... 4 of them - THANKS AWD! And no - this was not planned since the set of tires I had was only 20,200 miles "old" lol. All that aside, my experience with the Tire Barn staff was very positive. The guy working on my car was extremely pleasant to work with and he always took the time to call me to explain something and let me ask questions. The prices and tire options are reasonable and this person also went out of his way to help me save money. I even called Costco to compare prices, assuming that Costco would be the better option, but after the savings Tire Barn offered, it wasn't worth the trip. They also took the time to show me a before/after shot of the alignment, which is only $70 and absolutely worth it. Hopefully, I don't have to come back here for a VERY VERY long time :) If you're in the Camby/Mooresville area, I recommend stopping here. Called at 1:35, asked if they could patch a tire. Was told yes they could and was asked how long it would take me to get there. I told them that 15-20 minutes. Got to the shop at 1:55. 1 person working the desk. Waited in line behind one person, no big deal. My turn came, I briefly told the counter person what was wrong and he told me to take a seat and he'd be right with me. He then proceeded to help the person behind me, addressing him by name and cutting up having causal conversation. It felt very much like I was skipped over so he could help a friend. After their conversation was over (literally 10 more minutes) I get my turn again and tell the service rep what I need. He then looked out the glass door to the shop and said "I don't think we'll get to it today unless you wanna take a gamble." I said, "Never mind, I'll go to Belle Tire next door." I went to Belle and was in and out of their lobby in 5 minutes. Greeted as soon as I walked in the door and there were four people working in the lobby. I will never return to this tire barn. I took my car in Sunday evening to get a tire patched, keeping in mind that they close at 4, I got there at MAYBE 10 after 3pm. Waiting for about 10 minutes for anyone to come up to the counter and ask what I needed, by then it was almost 20 after, and the guy told me that they weren't taking any more tickets for the day but they open at 8. Belle tire is closed on sundays so unfortunately I had to wait until Monday. I have a toddler so it's hard to leave the house quickly. I got there at about 12:30pm and the same guy told me it would be about a 45 minute to an hour wait. But if I would have "came in about 2 hours ago" it wouldn't have been that long. About 15 minutes go by and he takes my car back. Took about 15 minutes to patch my tire and switch the spare out. People were nice but just wasn't impressed with the customer service. read more

Very quick and efficient. The inside of the waiting area and store is kept clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a nail in my tire and I did not realize that they do the repair, rotate, and balance the tires for free if you purchased the tires from the store. I was prepared to pay anyways because they have reasonable prices, but it being free was a great feature. I was in and out of there on a Sunday in under a hour with only a couple of people in front of me in line. read more

Well they said they do price match and drop 5% off another dealers lower price. Went in and discount tire had a tire 15 dollars cheaper. I would of went there but they were closed on Sunday's. So all he told me how could do was take 10 dollars off their tire. That's the best he could do, and told me he was doing me a favor getting me in. Meanwhile I'm the only one sitting in the showroom. I've never had a manager tell me he was doing me a favor by me giving him business, and meanwhile the deal on the website is falsified because they won't beat competitors pricing by 5%. I (mistakenly) tried to purchase $1,000.00 tires from a competitor in Mooresville and was promised a 1 1/2 hour wait for installation at my appointment. After close to waiting the 1 1/2 hours, my truck had not been pulled into a bay and know one said a word to me or gave any explanation on time. I had to leave. Daniel was very awesome and cooperative, we needed 4 new tires put on that day from having 8year old tires on there and having flats every morning, but since the hire ups are not doing there jobs , and having more than 2 workers at a time we could get them on until a week from then. They only had two people working there ............. doe to the higher up managers. So we went to Firestone and they got us 4 new tires that day, learn a lesson tire barn and do your job, Daniel again was super awesome , but due to lack of workers unable to get us out the door that day so my 1000 dollars went to Firestone..... thanks , would still love to go to tire barn but I would t recommend no one there right now , can't get any job done until a hole week later , need appointments ?!?
