A decent hotel choice in Doolin. We stayed here because we were moved from Hotel Doolin on our last night due to a pre-booked party at the hotel. Just a few doors down and definitely more quiet. They also have a number of small holiday cottages to rent, that looked quite nice from the outside. The parking is ample and the lobby is nice. The standard at this hotel is very good, although there is some wear and tear and none of it is luxurious. Cheap and cheerful and certainly very adequate. Beds are average, bordering on a little uncomfortable. Bathrooms are nice. The breakfast is similarly lovely to Hotel Doolin, although the spread is slightly less extravagant. Excellent eggs with a rich, orange yolk. Very fresh. Lovely reception staff.
Take note: THE BAR IS OPEN 24/7 to guests. I don't know how many people know about this little gem. If you're in Doolin with friends or familiy, stay here. You can keep the party going all night long. read more
