This hotel was beautiful. The views over looking the golf course and ocean were amazing. Our two bedroom suite was extremely spacious. The housekeepers turned down the rooms everyday. The staff were very friendly.

First, the service is impeccable. We arrived at the gate where we gave our name for our room reservation. We drive a few hundred feet and another gentleman stopped us and advised us where to pull up outside our townhouse/room (obviously the gatekeeper had radioed ahead with our information). The gentleman then walked me to the reception area where our room keys and information packet were waiting. I was asked if I'd like to make dinner reservations which I did. The gentleman then walked me back to our townhouse where he took our bags out of our car, brought them in and carried them up the stairs for us. He gave us a tour of the three floors, showed us the important details and then left. Our townhouse was beautifully appointed abc the kitchen had water, snacks, coffee, tea, etc.... We walked the grounds and then took a quick test. Dinner at the Pub was excellent and truly the best meal we had during our two weeks in Ireland.

I fell in love with this quaint little golf retreat hotel. Service was above and beyond excellent. The property was immaculate and the staff were just happy to be there. Such a pleasant stay, the food, the views and the golf all breathtaking.

Our stay here has been absolutely fabulous the staff here are exceptional we have been served and treated better than anywhere we have ever been Their customer service is bar none the best The food and servers have been excellent We will return here when we come back to Ireland

Wow....was going to vote for Trump...but since his golf course kicked my butt and humbled the 4 handicap golfer....i might have to reconsider.... What a truly incredible links experience...such a true test of my game...thanks Mr Trump for this experience...the course was perfect, staff couldn't be more awesome (and they seem to love you...a lot)...and the food was top notch in the restaurant.... Highly recommend this stop on your Ireland itinerary...

This is quite possibly my favorite golf course I have played. The opening hole is amazing. It is framed with dunes from the up and down the left with a cool formation behind the green as well. The holes that are on the water is as nice as Pebble beach in my opinion. Course is lush, challenging and beautiful. Our caddy Mark was very good and knew the course inside out. We stopped in the restaurant after and the food tasted great. We just got wings and quesadilla. I would say unless you are a + handicap and can hit the ball 300 yards straight in the air avoid the tips. It is a much more enjoyable from the golds vs black.

First: wtf!!! Why would anyone mess with a nice traditional golf logo to make something as awful as the trumph logo!!?? The course is a stunner with great views fast greens and challenging layout. Greg Norman designed this course to rival the best. Even has a green with a sand bunker in the middle of it! Lots of sand traps and fescue grass so accuracy is at a premium. Spring for a caddy for sure Absolutely worth playing and I'm looking forward to what the Donald will do with a the money he plans on putting into the course
Let me preface by saying that we did not stay here, nor did we play golf. We were driving part of the Wild Atlantic Way on September 10. We were on tiny roads, nearly in the middle of nowhere. My husband spotted the sign "Trump International". We had no idea that it was out there. We turned around to check it out. As we entered the property we came to a little gate house. A nice looking man, came out to greet us. He asked if we were checking in. We told him we were just driving by. I was holding my breath, I thought he might tell us to turn around. To our absolute delight he smiled his fantastic smiled and said with a bit of a giggle "Just wanted to have a look see?" We said yes, that we just wanted to see it. He told us where to park and encouraged us to go upstairs to the restaurant "at least have a coffee while you're here". We looked about the incredibly maintained grounds. Checked out the back of the property. Looked over the pro shop. Then went upstairs to the restaurant bar. The bartender was VERY professional but also kind. When I asked him sheepishly if I could keep one of the little cloth coasters, he said sure and "take this too" as he tossed me a pen. We went back to the pro shop looking for a sweatshirt. The extremely gracious employee in the shop told me that they'd be in the gift shop. He said it was closed. He made a call and said "she's opening it up". Then he walked us through the property to take us to the gift shop. I love my sweatshirt. What a fabulous little surprise on our adventure. read more

Amazing golf course with spectacular views. You can even buy swag for half off. We also sat outside and had wine facing the ocean and the golf store. Must go read more
We were just passing through on our way to the Cliffs of Moher from Dingle and stopped for an amazing lunch. Food was awesome, fast, reasonably priced and the servers were fantastic. We had chowders, fish and chips, calamari, ham and cheese sandwiches, several bowls of skinny fries and of course beer, Honestly one of our best meals on the vacation. Would absolutely visit again. read more

Yes, we stayed here. Beware. In the cottages, our room had no doorbell so we couldn't tell if anyone was outside (they had to text). No holders for the toilet paper rolls (a nice hillbilly touch). Rough check-in (a guy drives up in a van and asks you to sign a piece of paper, no info about how to get ice or anything else). No minibar. Channel guide doesn't match what's actually on. Plug for hair dryer doesn't work, so my fiancé had to dry her hair by the phone. Empty Guinness glass at the front door. No glasses in the bathroom for brushing teeth. There's more but we must move on. Next stop Killarney! read more

Outstanding! Room was amazing and affordable. Property offers some good options if you don't want to golf - Spa, Skeet Shooting, hiking. Ate at the bar both nights and loved all the food. Fish & Chips, Stew, Burger & prob the best wings I have had almost anywhere! Service by Jimmy, Sarah and Fiona was excellent as well. They made an effort to be sure we were happy and treated well. Room service was prompt and also very good. Loved the place and would welcome the opportunity to go back. read more

The property is absolutely beautiful. The suites get 5 stars. The food gets 1 star. Day 1- ordered a soup at the Trump bar and had a hair on it. Didn't want to make a fuzz about it so stupidly didn't say a thing. I was hoping they would ask me why I didn't eat it but it's my fault. Day 2- room service. Specifically asked what vegetarian options they had. They had pretty much nothing other than a Caesar salad. It had bacon. This one I had to call and ask that it be taken off my bill. Day 3- breakfast was nice. The continental buffet is ~15 EU but they only give you tiny plates. Make sure you ask for a larger plate. I am starving and wondering what I'll have for dinner tonight read more

Follow up to my review, to which Joe R replied: I have no complaints about the cottages themselves Joe and I was aware that they are detached from the main house. But it had no doorbell. No holders for the toilet paper. Your longtime employee was rushed and neglected to give us basic details. The room didn't have a minbar or anyway to chill things we had (OK, maybe my expectations are too high regarding minibars). We never had an issue with hair dryer itself, if you would take the time to read my comments; the issue was with the non-sworking outlet, which is why the dryer had to be plugged in next to the phone. The empty Guinness glass was there when I checked out of the room, sorry. And there were no ceramic tumblers on the vanity unit. The first rule of customer service is to at least hear what the customer is saying and at least have the good grace not to question their veracity, or to gaslight them. read more

Thank you once again Russell Y. Joe
Disappointing!! Ate oysters and was as sick as a dog because the oysters had gone off. A big group of us were in Lehinch and decided call in for lunch. On settling in, we were impressed with the portions and ordered the oysters. We were happy with the oysters until I got back to the hotel and started vomiting. Vomited all my lunch, breakfast and more. I will be contacting the restaurant to notify them as this could happen to anyone. read more

Just know~this isn't Ireland. Lots of Americans. The front desk staff were very friendly. Meal was disappointing considering~maybe I excepted too much. The Caesar Salad tasted too fishy, as did the chips. The guesses had been used to cook several things together. Lots of fish in the chowder, but again, tasted almost like the dressing on the salad. Our room, 157B, in the cottages were beautiful upon arrival. However, it ended there. You could hear the neighbors upstairs (and their toilet each time). The. After dinner, no hot water to shower. The tv would only flicker, not stay on consistently (the skies were clear, it was not the weather). We opened the windows to enjoy the fresh air and breeze and woke to the sound of a lawn mower at 920-so much so sleeping and resting in. Hot water was still Not working. About 10:00 am a maintenance man opened the door (I was sitting in my robe) and quickly closed the door. Then, about 45 min later (I was undressed & in clear view) they opened the door again. Yelling, hello, but was in the kitchen none-the-less; there was another man in the doorway. The hot water was finally working about 11:30 am (about 24 hours without hot water) Will not return. read more

I'm staying at the hotel and everything is absolutely great! The nicest staff to serve us. I have no complaints and the food is delicious. I had an orange ginger tea, chowder and the fish and chips which were all delicious. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean and very helpful. In addition, one of the main attractions is so green and a beautifully well kept golf course. This is one to try out! Highly Recommended my friends! Trump great job ! read more

The hotel grounds and location is very nice and the reception staff and bellman was very friendly. The actual hotel room was outstanding. Then it went downhill from there. For the price I expected a real 5 star hotel. The food here was bland and poor quality across the board from breakfast to dinner. Wait staff everywhere, but only one girl to refill the drinks and she is no where to be found. Hope your not planning on relaxing, because there is no swimming pool! Really! No pool! And good luck getting a spa appointment. Calling the spa immediately upon arrival and with 4 days and a completely flexible schedule, NO MASSAGE FOR YOU! Even worse, they promised to call me back TWICE and never did. The Kinnitty Castle and The Europe Hotel were amazing... I guess I can't complain, 2 out of 3 isn't bad! read more

I didn't stay at the hotel. I played good and ate. We ate at the bar/restaurant after golf. Great bar. Had a few points of Guinness and an order of fish n chips. The chips were good. The fish was a huge order of 2 pieces. Very flaky. Excellent. Multiple tv's showing different sports. Great servers. The course was nice. The conditions were great, but he greens were not good due to overseeding. It happens every year so it's no big deal. The greens would have been great because the shapes and undulations were nice. read more

Where do I start? Worst golf course ever and the bed was too soft. I woke with a backache. The carpet was daggy, the w.c. was cramped, hot water supply was limited, and room service was running an hour behind. read more
