She replied quickly, and I was able to easily make an appointment for a Structured Gel Mani via her website! I'm really happy with how my nails turned out! Lily took her time and made sure I was happy with the results throughout the process. The appointment lasted approximately 2 hours. She was friendly, and we had great conversation throughout the appointment! I'm excited to see how well my nails hold up. I love that she has evening availability, which worked great for me to be able to go after work. I don't live super close, but I would definitely return (as long as the results last, and I think they will)! I came here yesterday to get my nails done, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating…read more Everyone who was there before me, as well as some people who arrived around the same time, were finished and gone before I was. I ended up being the last person to leave. I understand that the set I chose was more time-consuming, but the amount of time it took felt excessive. What really disappointed me, though, was what happened today. I actually liked the color I originally chose, and I came back because I wanted to change it. The color was one that the nail tech had suggested to me yesterday. I was then told I had to pay $25 to change the color, even though I had literally just gotten my nails done YESTERDAY. I understand charging for a color change when someone comes back much later, but charging $25 the very next day--especially when the color was suggested by the nail tech--felt unreasonable to me. They were very accommodating when it came to getting me into the chair, but the overall experience left me disappointed. I expected better customer service and some consideration given that I had just spent the time and money getting my nails done there the day before.

I visited this salon specifically because they advertised offering Russian manicures, which are…read moreknown for their meticulous cuticle work and flawless finish. Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet the standards of a true Russian manicure. The technique and attention to detail were lacking, and it felt more like a basic manicure than the premium service I expected. I've been getting Russian Manicure for years and I don't mind paying a premium for high-quality work, but in this case, it felt like a misrepresentation. The staff were polite, and the salon was clean, but I think it's important for salons to be transparent about the services they offer--especially when using specific terms like "Russian manicure" that come with certain expectations. I hope they either improve the technique or adjust the pricing and labeling of the service to reflect what's actually being delivered.
