Every station was clean, organized, and presentable. The staff greeted me right away and made me feel so welcomed. They were all incredibly nice and even explained their point system, which I thought was so cool and unique. You earn points and can redeem them for services. They also offer complimentary drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, which was such a cute touch and made the experience feel extra special. I got a Gel-X stiletto set with a design and my artist was Lucy. She was AMAZING. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and these are hands down the best nails I've ever had in my life. They never chipped, lifted, cracked, and the design never faded. They were extremely strong and I'm not gentle with my nails. I jammed and banged them into things and nothing happened. Sammy did both my pedicure and gel manicure. It had been over 6 months since I've got to get my nails done (mother's passing made this the last thing on my mind). Sammy had her hands full to say the least but was very kind and took their time.
