The low point for us is their pet washing facilities. The water nozzles are extremely hord to manipulate, the water sprays everywhere because some of the fittings at the wall leak badly, very limited supplies to comb, clean ears and such. They have recently started rationing drying towels and frankly if they didn't offer small, threadbare ones people wouldn't be forced to use more of them. Don't see a return trip there.

Transparent pricing and respectful customer service should be standard, and unfortunately, this location failed in both areas.
