To their credit they not only replaced the coral but sent me pictures of corals in their shop that were not online and gave me the pick of the litter as the replacement. I was home when the package arrived and took pictures and put a thermometer in the box and send the pictures to them to show them what happened. Would do business with them again in a heart beat.
