We have been wanting an aquarium for years now having grown up with an aquarium in our home. However, they have never been at an attractive price point for the size. PetSmart's aquariums on sale ranged from $11.99 for a super small one to $649 for a large aquarium. PetSmart has a large assortment of fish and plethora of aquarium accessories (reefs, houses, and other items). It has been a very long time since I went to PetSmart and had forgotten how many other items they also carry. Examples include pet toys, guinea pigs, cockatiels, parrots, pet Christmas wear, etc. The store was pretty crowded and no store associates were readily visible. In addition, there were long lines forming at the cash registers. It appeared they were having an up to 50% off sale on selected items, which could be the underlying reason for the crowded store. I will return when there is less people in-store and associates available to assist.

As she aged she was maybe not as beautiful as she was in her younger years but April made her feel like a puppy every time she had a spa day with her! April is genuinely the kindest person I've ever met. I say that sincerely and with great awe for the human she chooses to be. She cares so deeply for animals; especially senior dogs. She gives them love, attention, levity and dignity. She used to take selfies with Moxy which just warmed my heart and touched my soul. Moxy passed on a Sunday, at home, so my regular vet was not open. I called Banfield and even tho Moxy was not a patient on record they treated us with warmth and kindness like she'd always been theirs. April was in the grooming room and I told a colleague about Mox in case April wanted to say goodbye. April rushed to us with such sincere compassion and concern. April was Moxy's friend and I felt truly blessed Mox got to say goodbye to such a beautiful human. April's hug gave me the strength i needed to say goodbye to my sweet girl. I say all of this to remind us who's there for us when our pets are thriving but also who is there when we face our beloved animal's end. I cannot recommend April as a gift to your pet with more heart because she absolutely stole mine! Please remember to tip your dog's groomer the way you do your own stylist, they are so humble they never expect it but they deserve a reward too! They impact the lives of our fur babies more than we might think. Thank you April, thank you Jasmine and Bandfield for helping us shelter Moxy over that rainbow bridge. I scheduled an appointment online for 11:00 AM to bathe my dog, who weighs over 95 lbs. Since no one answered the phone, I booked online assuming it would be for the standard one-hour slot. When I arrived, no one mentioned that the appointment was only 30 minutes. It wasn't until my dog was already completely wet and I was about to begin drying her that an employee came over to tell me I only had 5 minutes left because another appointment was scheduled. The problem is not simply that the appointment was 30 minutes--it's that I wasn't told this from the start. If I had been informed as soon as I arrived, I would have decided not to begin, knowing it wouldn't be enough time for such a large dog. Instead, I had no option: my dog was left wet, and I was forced to stop in the middle of the process. They told me I wouldn't be charged, but it was far from "free." I wasted my time, my dog was left wet and uncomfortable, and as many dog owners know, wet dogs start to smell if they aren't dried properly. I then had to drive home, figure out another place, and bathe her all over again--because I couldn't just pay somewhere else to finish drying a wet dog, she needed a complete bath from the beginning. Tomlinson's really needs to improve how appointments are managed and communicated, especially for large breeds. Customers must be clearly informed about time limits before starting--not after their dog is already wet. This would prevent frustration and ensure a professional, respectful experience for loyal customers.

What stood out most was her empathy; she really understood the trial and error process of finding litter and food that a pet will actually use.     I had a very disappointing experience with the veterinarian at Petco…read more My daughter brought her dog in for a rabies shot after he had just received his routine vaccinations at another clinic. Although her appointment there was at 11:00 AM, the actual vaccinations were administered at 12:45 PM -- which the Petco staff confirmed directly with the clinic. Despite this verification, the veterinarian refused to provide the rabies shot because she believed it had not been done "within an hour" of the earlier appointment time. Even after being given the correct vaccination time, she would not reconsider. Her demeanor came across as dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. As a result, my daughter had to drive across town to another veterinarian, wait behind urgent cases, and go through additional stress just to get a routine rabies vaccine completed. Thankfully, our dog is fine -- but the situation was completely avoidable. Veterinary care should prioritize animals' well-being and treat clients with respect. This experience fell short on both. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled so other families don't have to go through the same frustration.
