I had Tint World tint the windshield on my 100k+ boat. They did an excellent job with the windshield. For those of you who do not know, to properly tint a boat windshield you have to completely disassemble the windshield and pull the glass out of the frame. Everything was properly reassembled and the pass thru actually now closes better than what it originally did. I also asked them if they could clean some browning on the white vinyl at the helm. It was browning from the sun, heat, and guessing the sunblock & oils from my arm resting... They were able to address the issue and ceramic the dash to reseal. It turned out better than what I expected! I also want to note that they could have sold me on the premium tint material for the claims of blocking more heat. Instead of up selling and charging me more they explained that in my situation that I would not gain the benefits for the extra $$ spent. Thanks for the great job!! If I could post no stars..I would!!! We set an appointment, with a quoted price of $210 (before tax), to get five windows tinted (on a small car), with their Ultimate package. We find a Groupon for $129 (off of a regular 289.99 price). Called before we bought the Groupon, told they would honor that price, so we didn't have to buy the Groupon, since they didn't want to mess with it. Go to our appointment, only to be told it would be $50 more than the Groupon..so now it's $189.00, again before taxes. Asked for a total price, we are told after tax, we would pay $193. So less than $20 from what we were quoted, EVEN THOUGH we were told they would honor the Groupon! Horrible customer service! Do not believe anything they say over the phone...it will be a lot more when you get there!! Will NEVER do business with this place! read more

I had my windows tinted at Tint World. My first appointment went well with the exception of the new installer, he messed up the tint on my windows. I must add that I am a very picky person when it comes to my car. The guy who tinted my windows and messed them up was fired. I went back for a retint and these guys did a good job. Here is the deal, skilled tinters are not easy to come by, so I don't fault Tint World at all. They stand behind their work and if there is a problem they will fix it. My car looks great now. They use suntek films, but I'm sure Rodney can get anything. I like the suntek, it gives the car a true black look to the windows. Anyway, kudos to Tint World, they noticed they had a problem ( the bad installer), they remedied the problem, he was fired and they made right what he made wrong.This goes to show that they are dedicated to delivering a quality product. I would recommend their services to anyone. I personally will be returning for a roof wrap in the near future. read more

I purchased the "Supreme" tint package for my BMW 3 series on 08/13/14 for $237.46. I opted for the more expensive tint because of the lifetime warranty. On June 30, 2016 I noticed streaking and bubbles in the tint and went into the store to get it replaced. After inspection of my car, the salesman said that the problem was my car and not the tint. He claimed my car was scratching the tint and because of this, it would not be covered. After reading to him where it specifically states the warranty covers "blistering, bubbling, and delaminating" and "demetalizing" he claimed none of those applied to my car. I explained that the tint had become demetalized in streaks and that is why the warranty covers it. He disagreed, and still could not point to any place on the warranty that supported his position. He claimed that the bubbles accounted to less than 5% damage (I disagreed) and he claimed I signed a waiver (which he couldn't show me because it was "filed away") that removed Tint World from liability in this case. Janis, the receptionist, also hung up on me when I called after I mentioned my complaint. This further proves that they are extremely unprofessional and should be avoided. read more
