So I asked what time I needed to be there and was told the earlier the better but was never given a specific time. Also at that time I couldn't find their hours anywhere. My son and I showed up at 9am Saturday to get my son's truck done. Lights are on doors open and nobody in site. So we waited about 15 minutes and this guy walks up and just looks at me. I said I called Thursday about the truck and I was here to get it done. Then he proceeded to tell me they don't open until 10. So I asked why didn't who ever I talked to tell me that when I asked what time to be there and yes I was rude and upset after being told the earlier the better. He proceeded to call me a motherf*cker and told me he was the one I talked to and he didn't want to do business with someone with my attitude. Which I questioned him about what he called me and told him f*ck it I'll go somewhere else and I didn't want to do businesses with a P.O.S. like him. I also told him if he would have told me they didn't open till 10am I would not of wasted my time being there at 9am. So I googled other places in Abilene for tint and went to tint world. Not only was the lady there very friendly and gave me some really good pricing. I explained what happened previously and how I ended up in her store. They worked my son's truck in and got it done for me. So I would have it done the day I promised my son. Well in response to his comment I have not had any whiskey in months and funny how you had to throw that in to try and my me look like the bad guy. My rudeness was in reaction to your actions and you could have easily said we don't open till 10am but the earlier the better. Also you sir was the one that started cussing me first. I won't deny I was rude and upset that you only told me the earlier the better and never said you don't open till 10am. You are absolutely right some reviews right theirselves and so does the responses from the business. Your response shows a lot of character for the business. As it was 9 when we arrived and I did wait patiently for you to come around and start making excuses. You could have had my business if your attitude was better and honestly you could have said my bad I forget to mention we don't open till 10am. I would have waited but instead I went to a business that wanted to earn my business and didn't cuss or insult me.

I initially thought I was really pleased but after closer inspection I started finding multiple…read moreissues with my windshield replacement. There are multiple places on my vehicle where significant damage was done. On one spot they made a large deep gouge in the frame around the windshield and made a sloppy attempt in red paint to cover the damage getting red paint everywhere. Then they placed tape over it so I wouldn't find it until the next day. There are scratches all over in the clear coat and more damage and gouges inside the vehicle. What makes me the most disappointed is they could have told me about the damage and not try to hide it.
