The owner told me there will be a "$50 diagnostics fee" that he said isn't really a fee and that the $50 will go towards whatever repair they do but they just call it that so you don't take it anywhere else to have it fixed after they diagnose it. When I asked him to replace the seal at the bottom of my windshield he told me he wasn't going to because it wasn't the reason for the leak even though I requested for it to be changed due to it being almost completely deteriorated. This is the "owner" ERNEST TORRES who is telling me he won't replace it and said I still need to pay them $50 when I pick up my vehicle all so they could collect $50 for pouring water on my windshield. He Refused to do a service that I requested for that $50 to go towards. He was rude, talked over me and told me to take him to court before he hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Update on refund: So I went in to the store the following day and spoke to the manager regarding…read morethe visits on the previous day. I told him that I was there for the wheel sensor and for the refund of everything that was charged to my Discount Tire Synchrony card. Manager went to the bay area where my tire was swapped and then came back to tell me he couldn't find the sensor. He gave me a new sensor at no cost and told me to go back into the store and that they would program it to my car. He also gave me a full refund on all of the charges 2 tire unmounts and 1 tire mount and wheel alignment.
