So I asked what time I needed to be there and was told the earlier the better but was never given a specific time. Also at that time I couldn't find their hours anywhere. My son and I showed up at 9am Saturday to get my son's truck done. Lights are on doors open and nobody in site. So we waited about 15 minutes and this guy walks up and just looks at me. I said I called Thursday about the truck and I was here to get it done. Then he proceeded to tell me they don't open until 10. So I asked why didn't who ever I talked to tell me that when I asked what time to be there and yes I was rude and upset after being told the earlier the better. He proceeded to call me a motherf*cker and told me he was the one I talked to and he didn't want to do business with someone with my attitude. Which I questioned him about what he called me and told him f*ck it I'll go somewhere else and I didn't want to do businesses with a P.O.S. like him. I also told him if he would have told me they didn't open till 10am I would not of wasted my time being there at 9am. So I googled other places in Abilene for tint and went to tint world. Not only was the lady there very friendly and gave me some really good pricing. I explained what happened previously and how I ended up in her store. They worked my son's truck in and got it done for me. So I would have it done the day I promised my son. Well in response to his comment I have not had any whiskey in months and funny how you had to throw that in to try and my me look like the bad guy. My rudeness was in reaction to your actions and you could have easily said we don't open till 10am but the earlier the better. Also you sir was the one that started cussing me first. I won't deny I was rude and upset that you only told me the earlier the better and never said you don't open till 10am. You are absolutely right some reviews right theirselves and so does the responses from the business. Your response shows a lot of character for the business. As it was 9 when we arrived and I did wait patiently for you to come around and start making excuses. You could have had my business if your attitude was better and honestly you could have said my bad I forget to mention we don't open till 10am. I would have waited but instead I went to a business that wanted to earn my business and didn't cuss or insult me.

I believe the value was worth the price I paid and the kicker was I was able to watch them through the whole process. The AC actually feels like it works now. It's expensive tint but worth it. No more suction cup sunshades that do not block heat. The install is very professional, had no idea they had to remove the door panels. Exceptional job. I was shocked when I saw how much work they had to do, and you can't tell anything was taken apart. What an unexpected surprise!…read more So I came through here on a Saturday after attempting to locate a place that sells reasonably priced tint. Originally, my plan was to check out the place and see if they'd be able to fit me in for the following Saturday. What I did not expect was their willingness to schedule me for that same day. How could I refuse? My car already had tint on it, but it was not legal for inspection. What I was content with was the fact that the amount I paid out-of-state for installation was around the same price here for tint removal and installation. Now, walking in and having my car worked on has its own setbacks. The major one is the fact that everyone else actually had appointments, so my car was saved for last. I can't argue with that since I completely dropped the job on them. However, they were professional about it and still decided to work with me. I believe the office is shared with Sound Choice, but they run separate businesses on each side of the garage. The waiting area is filled with several car audio speakers and accessories. There is not much else to do but to fiddle with your phone if you decide to wait, so be sure to have a friend pick you up after you drop your car off. I was very happy to see the results after the long wait. Ken's work is flawless and my car looks better than ever. He even placed a tape over the power window controls in case a brain fart would cause me to roll the windows down. Thanks a lot to Ken for his patience and attention to detail.
