My son and I showed up at 9am Saturday to get my son's truck done. Lights are on doors open and nobody in site. So we waited about 15 minutes and this guy walks up and just looks at me. I said I called Thursday about the truck and I was here to get it done. Then he proceeded to tell me they don't open until 10. So I asked why didn't who ever I talked to tell me that when I asked what time to be there and yes I was rude and upset after being told the earlier the better. He proceeded to call me a motherf*cker and told me he was the one I talked to and he didn't want to do business with someone with my attitude. Which I questioned him about what he called me and told him f*ck it I'll go somewhere else and I didn't want to do businesses with a P.O.S. like him. I also told him if he would have told me they didn't open till 10am I would not of wasted my time being there at 9am. So I googled other places in Abilene for tint and went to tint world. Not only was the lady there very friendly and gave me some really good pricing. I explained what happened previously and how I ended up in her store. They worked my son's truck in and got it done for me. So I would have it done the day I promised my son. Well in response to his comment I have not had any whiskey in months and funny how you had to throw that in to try and my me look like the bad guy. My rudeness was in reaction to your actions and you could have easily said we don't open till 10am but the earlier the better. Also you sir was the one that started cussing me first. I won't deny I was rude and upset that you only told me the earlier the better and never said you don't open till 10am. You are absolutely right some reviews right theirselves and so does the responses from the business. Your response shows a lot of character for the business. As it was 9 when we arrived and I did wait patiently for you to come around and start making excuses. You could have had my business if your attitude was better and honestly you could have said my bad I forget to mention we don't open till 10am. I would have waited but instead I went to a business that wanted to earn my business and didn't cuss or insult me.

I believe the value was worth the price I paid and the kicker was I was able to watch them through the whole process. They answered all of my questions and explained what to do the first 4-5 days after the tint was applied. It is a family run business and the entire family work at WBF. They made sure to follow legal limits when it comes to auto tints with 35% on the front windows and any level of tinting on the rear windows (I did 35% for the front and 20% for the rear). Dropped off my car at 0830 and they were done by 1130. I paid once I picked up my car. Now my car looks awesome! It has made a difference with the temperature of the car especially being parked outside in this hot weather. The tint is backed with life time warranty so long that I keep my receipt and paperwork. When I arrived to do a quality check on the automobile I informed the owner Juan Rivas that the…read morecraftsmanship was 100% unexceptional, I clearly stated that the current state of the window tint was not worth financial compensation. I let him know that the quality of his install needed to be checked over. I said, please check all your work and please fix all errors. I then left. 1 hour later I return to a car with NO/Zero window tinting it. He made his own judgment and removed the tint. He and I both agreed that the tint was not of professional quality and was removed and no moneys was paid or owed. As a paying customer I made it clear that his craftsmanship was not professional and he made it clear that what I was asking of his services could not be delivered. He handed me my keys with no services owed. He went as far as stating that a negative review of his business and a loss of money would constitute as slander and I'd be sued.
