Recently purchased a Ram 1500 Sport. I am very pleased with the truck. Very good ride. My…read moresalesman , Daniel was very good to work with. Was able to answer my questions. He was not forceful and was a big help in my purchase process and I appreciate his assistance. Every thing went well till I was handed off to the financial manager. The financial manager lied to be, saying that the bank required me to purchase Gap insurance. I advised him that I already had it with my insurance company and he said that would not work. They required me to purchase what they had to offer. Comparing the two policies, my savings with my insurance company would be about 300 for the life of the loan. The signing process went quick and no time to read, he did not even give me a copy of what I signed. Said that it would be a while for him to make copies. Made it sound like hours, and said they would send me copies. I got the paperwork today and read it. The Gap insurance page says that it is not required to get the loan from the bank. Called and talked with the bank and the guy laughed when I told him what the Financial Manger said. I called to discuss it, and the dealership said the lady who handles the cancelations works between 8-5. I do not like the fact that I was lied to and forced to purchase something that I did not need or want since I already pay for it at a much better rate. While the contract says it can be canceled within ten days, it is the fact that I was lied to. He took my positive experience and turned it into a bad experience. The salesman went out of his way to help, this guy should of had a can of Vaseline on his desk. I would buy from Daniel again, but I will not do so if this is the only guy who can sign the paperwork. A true used-car salesman mentality. If he is the only one who can close the deals, then I would say stay away. At least do not trust him.

A bit peeved at this dealership, specifically the service department. My emergency is not theirs. I had another issue I wanted diagnosed, but they wanted $1400 just to do a compression test and leak down. I called around and got quoted $800 for a couple different shops, so I declined and was told they'd call the next day by 1pm for update on the recall parts. Since I declined it, Eddy the service writer I've been dealing, with has been acting like I am the annoyance for calling despite them telling me to call if I haven't heard from them. I haven't been able to get ahold of them. Finally do, Eddy says he's going to check if there's an update on the parts. Puts me on hold for 20 minutes and then hangs up on me without saying a word. I call back, no answer. Call again, Eddy answers with "christ" and a loud sigh. I just want an ETA on how long it'll be, days, weeks, months? They said the parts are hard to find so who knows what the timeline is. Maybe he thought I'd get impatient and give up calling? I talked to Bryan once and he was nice, so it may not be all of the service department. Benefit of the doubt, maybe he's having a bad day/week, but let's work on the professionalism. My car has been down for 2 months yet I'm not taking it out on him or anyone else. It is what it is. I did read the other reviews, there seems to be a common issue here. Hopefully management can put a fire in their pants and get them moving in the right direction. This has solidified my hate for dealerships, its unfortunate I had to use them for recalls. Hopefully the last time. Update: They originally told me a few days. It's been 1.5 weeks without any communication. Called back, eddie said he'd call back in the morning when he finds out. I asked if he wanted me to call around 1pm to give them time, he declines and says he WILL call me in the morning. He never calls me, so I call before the end of the day. Another advisor answers, eddie tells her the parts aren't in yet. I ask her about some note eddie mentioned about not being able to install one of the recalls he was supposed to update me on, she says one moment and i get transferred. Eddie sent me to voicemail immediately, despite the other advisor just talking to him. Why have a job where you have to communicate with customers then absolutely refuse to do so? I wasn't going to post a review but this is annoying me. They still have my vehicle, I still don't know anything about the note about not being able to install a part, and eddie still refuses to communicate. Update again: Still difficult to get ahold of Eddie. I've now talked to Bryan and Myles more than Eddie. Myles said he's going to find out and call me back, will update then.

It is a Tesla Model S so many places won't try, but Meineke went and got the tires I needed and helped with my warranty claim while I charged up at a local spot before coming in. Decided then that they weren't going to touch my car anymore but little did I know that while getting things out of the back of my car I found a plastic part to my car underneath my passenger seat. Took it back just to find out that the 2 mechanics that were there had NO idea where it came from and the one who actually worked on my car (CJ) wasn't there. Took it back today where CJ was there and he put it back. Amanda even told me that she was happy we brought our business back after they forgot to tighten the lugnuts down on my husbands truck. Well I can guarantee that I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to this store. I wouldn't trust them to change the cap on my tire valve stem at this point!

I felt they were honest with me from the very beginning and weren't trying to get more out of me--they aimed to fix my car problem, and they did! Prices are drastically different, and customer service is condescending and often opportunistic with silly "inspection fees." Then there are the complete rip-offs that lack diagnostic abilities and should not be in business. I spoke with Jesse, who is honest, knows his business well, and doesn't need to resort to price gouging or surprise inspection fees. They repaired the car quickly and consulted with me before costing me a penny. Jesse gave me reasonable options and stood by his quote. He gave me an excellent detailed quote for repairs I will also need in the future. I'll never take my car to any other shop in West Texas.

The 4 stars I'm awarding right off the bat for their professionalism, knowledge of what they do, friendliness, quickness, and fabulous hospitality, and customer service! We stopped by Sunshades today to have the 2 front windows tinted on my new vehicle. My husband, and 3 kids were all with me. This place is a little simple shop, but they have a waiting area stocked with complimentary drinks, WiFi, and a couch to comfortably sit on. The lady that helped us was very nice, and another employee was very informative when I had a question about the quality of the tint we had chosen. During our wait, an older man walked into the shop with a lit cigarette in his hand. My son and I have allergy, and asthma issues, so I feared the worst when I saw that. Keep in mind, the shop did NOT smell like smoke, so I was baffled when he walked in. He was speaking to the nice lady, and perhaps only a minute went by when she said, "let's talk outside so you can finish your cigarette." I applaud that woman for being so clever!! It was the right way to redirect him while being conscious of us, and the man. After he left, she walked back inside, and apologized for the ordeal. No apology needed. She handled it like a pro! The entire wait took about 30 minutes, and just before we left, their beautiful shop mascot walked in to bid us farewell! A big bull mastiff that was a gentle giant! Even HE was nice! ;-)
