Which I figured would mean that they are military friendly. Unfortunately this was not the case. Busker's was very rigid and unwilling to work with us to get an estimate. There is another shop in San Angelo that is on the USAA direct list which is more of a big name "chain type" store. And there are at several of those shops in various San Angelo locations. To my surprise the chain store was 100 percent more accommodating and it has excellent reviews regarding quality of the repair work. Sounds like Busker's does good work but if you need flexibility or enjoy the customer service factor you may want to look elsewhere.

It's been about four years since Richard, the owner of Rivas & Son Paint & Body saw the damaged door on my desert platinum metallic Infiniti G35... Someone at Denny's had opened their truck door on a super windy day and left a huge crease on the passenger's side rear door, scraping some of my paint off and leaving some of their red paint on. I was livid... Luckily, Richard & Son were there. They were fast, affordable, and mega talented. I dropped my car off one day and picked it up the next, it looked like nothing ever happened. Richard was able to body fill the crease, match the metallic grey paint to factory OEM look and blend it with the rest of the car so it matched. It was unbelievable! I've posted several pictures to show the before and after, as well as my car a few years later... The paint held up like the rest of the factory paint for the entire four and a half years that I kept the car afterward, and when I sold the car, the gentleman that bought it was impressed that he couldn't tell it had been dinged anywhere on that side. Not all work was done per original quote. Was supposed to get heated side view mirror from Orig-Equip. Ends up it's a knock off from Walmart or some place. The other vehicle's rear backup camera is off centered and some cheaper switch was used for fog lights. I didn't mind paying. But I didn't get what I was promised or quoted on. Im sure he will fix it but the sheer headache in redoing the work is what I do not like.

After having my car repaired for hail damage at Caliber Collision, I found the staff to be friendly…read moreand accommodating throughout the process. They communicated well and made the intake process easy, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the repair did not live up to expectations. After being told that all dents had been fixed, I noticed several still visible once I got the car home. More concerning, when I opened the hood, I found the hood insulation pad laying loosely on top of the engine--with multiple areas of the hood's internal framework bent and several retaining clips completely broken off. It was clear that the insulation had not been reinstalled properly, and the car was returned in less-than-original condition. While the employees themselves were courteous, the workmanship was subpar and lacked attention to detail. For a company of Caliber Collision's size, I expected a higher level of quality control before releasing the vehicle back to the customer. I would encourage Caliber management to pay closer attention to post-repair inspections and ensure that all parts, even minor ones like insulation pads, are properly secured before delivery.
