I brought my vehicle back for the appointment and the person at the counter didn't seem to be aware that we had an appointment and told me to come back in an hour because he was busy with an unfinished project from the previous week. He mentioned that it was a big and expensive job; from this my impression was that it was more important to them to complete....not to mention they already had our money. So I came back in an hour and then spent two and a half hours waiting for him to do a simple install that should take 30 to 45 minutes. During this time he seemed to be working on something else, and was also carrying on lengthy conversations with walk ins with questions. While they seem to be understaffed, I realized that we had made a huge mistake by paying in advance (there was obviously no incentive to finish our job) and I definitely got the feeling that neither our business nor my time was important to them.

It's been about four years since Richard, the owner of Rivas & Son Paint & Body saw the damaged door on my desert platinum metallic Infiniti G35... Someone at Denny's had opened their truck door on a super windy day and left a huge crease on the passenger's side rear door, scraping some of my paint off and leaving some of their red paint on. I was livid... Luckily, Richard & Son were there. They were fast, affordable, and mega talented. I dropped my car off one day and picked it up the next, it looked like nothing ever happened. Richard was able to body fill the crease, match the metallic grey paint to factory OEM look and blend it with the rest of the car so it matched. It was unbelievable! I've posted several pictures to show the before and after, as well as my car a few years later... The paint held up like the rest of the factory paint for the entire four and a half years that I kept the car afterward, and when I sold the car, the gentleman that bought it was impressed that he couldn't tell it had been dinged anywhere on that side.
