I gave them my apologies for not having an appointment and that I was okay having to wait a longer amount of time due to covid, hail damages, etc. I was told I could get an estimate within 24 hours, however it ended up taking 5 business days. Once I finally got the estimate, I was told since I didn't have an appointment the car would not be ready for 2-3 weeks. I was fine with that because I knew I didn't have an appointment. Throughout the next 3 weeks I would drive by and see my car still sitting in the same place. I would call to try and get an update, but would be immediately sent to voicemail. I called one day to inform them that I was on my way to get something out of the car, but was sent to voicemail and once I got there the receptionist was sitting there at her desk, with the phone in her hand.. I was suspicious as to why I get sent to voicemail anytime I call. The next week I try and call to see if the car has been started because it has now been a month that my car has been sitting in the same spot, untouched. I call from my cellphone three time to get sent to voiemail each time. I then decide to call from my office phone (which has a different phone number) and sure enough after 2 rings the phone is answered by the receptionist. Once I realized my calls were getting dodged I had my car towed somewhere else after a wasted month. I tried talking to the owner about how my calls were being avoided and he did not seem to care and even made a joke about it, so im sure he was in on it as well. Both Mike and the receptionist seemed like they had no intention of ever fixing my car as they seemed relieved that I was taking my business elsewhere. I was fine waiting as long as it takes to fix my car as long as it was being taken care of, they did the estimate and never gave my car another glance. And it was extremely unprofessional for two grown adults to avoid a customers calls instead of blatantly telling me that they couldn't work on the car. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

After having my car repaired for hail damage at Caliber Collision, I found the staff to be friendly…read moreand accommodating throughout the process. They communicated well and made the intake process easy, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the repair did not live up to expectations. After being told that all dents had been fixed, I noticed several still visible once I got the car home. More concerning, when I opened the hood, I found the hood insulation pad laying loosely on top of the engine--with multiple areas of the hood's internal framework bent and several retaining clips completely broken off. It was clear that the insulation had not been reinstalled properly, and the car was returned in less-than-original condition. While the employees themselves were courteous, the workmanship was subpar and lacked attention to detail. For a company of Caliber Collision's size, I expected a higher level of quality control before releasing the vehicle back to the customer. I would encourage Caliber management to pay closer attention to post-repair inspections and ensure that all parts, even minor ones like insulation pads, are properly secured before delivery.

Note: This took place in late 2006, I hope that changes have been made since then…read more my review: Horrible shop. Horrifying repairs, dishonest management. Avoid at all costs. Took our Honda to it after a wreck because it was listed as our insurance's circle of dependency shops. When I dropped it off I said the steering is out of alignment and the bar protecting the gas tank under the vehicle is bent. When I picked it up they didn't fix any of those issues so we had to leave it there another week. (2 weeks total...serious it was a minor wreck small damage to hood, grill, windshield, and a few dents on top of car. When we finally got the car back the windshield wasn't sealed properly so it whistled at highway speeds. And leaked water.... Took it back four times before they finally fixed it. Each time they said it was fixed and it wasn't. They never adjusted the headlight they repaired so it pointed down and was unsafe... every time I took it in after the first repair they said they'd adjust it. Never got adjusted the four times I brought it in for windshield issues. I ended up disputing repairs with insurance company over windshield and headlight. They send out a representative and had me bring the car to the shop. I sat in the lobby as the manager and my insurance company talked and inspected the car. I was being left out of the conversation (later I switched auto insurance). I did watch as they looked over the car and the rep kept pointing to to top middle of the windshield. Then both men came back inside and talked in the managers office behind closed doors. But it was slightly open after the secretary gave him a message so I heard what was being said. So went like this: Insurance guy said repairs were bad and so they'd need to be done again. So we had to give the Honda up for another 2-3 weeks while they re-repaired it. This time they provided a rental car for free. 2 weeks later I picked up went to pick up the honda after I got a call that it was done. Looking it over there was now a huge scratch on the driver side door where there wasn't one before... not just a hair line one this was bare metal 1/4" across and 3" long. Like some grinder was on and rubbed up against it. Luckily I took pictures the day I dropped it off and they repaired it but that took even more time (2-3 days). Even after all this the headlight wasn't fixed so I called the insurance rep again. He said he'd follow up. A few days later he said the shop said it was pre-existing damage..... How was it pre-existing on a new car??? Light was pointed correctly before this wreck.. So I was stuck with it. A few months later I installed a custom grill and in doing that I had access to the mounts of the headlight... upon inspection I tried to adjust it.... and I did... using just a screwdriver. Seriously this place is to be avoided at all costs. Please note that this battle over repairs done took about 1 year of going back and forth with the shop and my insurance company. Note: This took place in late 2006, I hope that changes have been made since then.
