I don't think this place even merits 1 star. Took my car there after a collision, & one of the receptionists kindly gave me a ride home. As I left, Mike, the owner, promised he'd call in a few minutes with an estimate. I waited...& waited. After hearing nothing, I called the next day & was told he was in the process of taking my car apart to look at it but was at lunch & that he'd call me. The next day, I called again, and was told he was out again, but would be back in an hour & call me. Four hours later, I called again, & was told he was still out. Half kiddingly, I asked if he took 4 hour lunch breaks. They said, no, he was out at dealerships giving them estimates. ??? Was again promised a call back when he returned. Didn't happen, no surprise. So the next morning, I called them to let them know the tow truck was on it's way to take it to another shop, & to have it ready. When I got there, I learned that he had never taken apart the car at all to do the estimate, just eyeballed it. So it took 4 business days to get a 5 minute estimate, when I'd been told I'd receive the estimate the same afternoon, and that it would be completely fixed by the following day. He then spent 30 minutes trying to argue me out of taking it to a 2nd shop. He said it had taken so long to give me an estimate because of workers calling off sick, etc, etc. So I said that's understandable, but after leaving 3 messages, I never even got a single call back letting me know what was going on. His excuse? He was too busy (with everyone calling off, I guess). A phone call would have been 2 minutes tops. So saying he didn't have 2 minutes, when he spent 30 minutes trying to talk me out of taking it somewhere else, plus another 15 minutes complaining about another customer as I dropped it off? Not buying it. Strongly recommend: AVOID. There are much better places out there. read more
